VN Nails — Local services in Columbus

Horrible service!! Horrible people!! Floors are always dirty!! And the tables are always dirty too!! They never wipe them down after you are serviced.. and they don't wipe them down before you get serviced....

Years ago this was a good salon now it's currently garbage 🗑️!!!!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for years.. it's gotten worse and worse as the years have gone by. I used to love to come to the salon and get my nails done. Last time I came, I waited over 2 hours.. there was only two only two techs there. When new techs came in after a 2-hour wait I was given to an inexperienced nail tech. She messed up my nails. Didn't apologize. Neither did the owner apologize. He called himself fixing my nails .....Vinny!! But he didn't. I still paid for my services and left. 3 days later I'm missing three nails. I also took my daughter with me on this trip. Two and a half hours to get her nails painted? Why? And her nails still were done after my nails were done!! I am done with the salon. I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I work two doors down. I’ve never been here before and decided to try them out because it’s so convenient. Boy, was I wrong!!! I walked in at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon for a pedicure and was assured I would be seen to promptly. He was partially correct. I was quickly brought to the back and placed in a chair. That was the ONLY thing that was quick. They placed my get in water and went to service EVERYONE else. It was appalling.

The lady who did my feet did a decent job when she finally got around to doing them. She DID take her sweet time and even took a phone call in the middle of my service!! There were no apologies or ANYTHING offered as compensation. This was the first and LAST time I will come here. Visit at...
