0/10!!!!!!!!When I went to return an item, the store manager told me that they only exchange. I was willing to exchange, but then he went on saying “I’ll keep the 10%.” The item I went to return was smaller than I expected (I needed something bigger). We simply opened the box and put everything back the way it was to return it. The store manager accused us of using the item when everything was the way we bought it. I had no idea about the policy because if I remember correctly, every store should have return policy on the back of the receipt; they do not have it on their receipt. I’m pretty sure they want to save money and use tiny paper for the receipt. I told him that I had no idea about the policy, he then yelled at me saying you should have read the policy that’s posted on the door. Who goes around stores reading their policies? If they want better customer service, then they should tell the customers the return policy when they check out. I then asked him, what if customers who do not speak English come to the store? He then told me that “then they should not be in this country!!” I was shocked!!!!! I told him you’re not from this country either. His response was “I’ve been here longer than you’ve been alive.” What a way to speak to a customer let alone a person. Very unprofessional!!! What happened customer is always right saying? I am a budgeting soul, but im also picky and a bit of a critic. I funished my house many many times with new item for new looks and designes. Everything you would ever need is 👍 99 cent in the general area. I puchase everything for my bathroom dow to the name brand soaps and conditioners. I have perches all my kitchenware from the store. They do have several additional sections 1 being a Furniture section another being a huge hair and Beauty Supply section. Did you carry pots and pans which are not a dollar you can buy them by the piece or by them and they said these pans are not the average pans you could buy at Walmart Family Dollar Dollar General Etc. These are truly non stick pans that are durable and have last me the past four years they do not rest do not break down on you or east of the clean-out Etc. I swear by the store I go shopping at the store every two weeks. This Infinity 99 Cent Store it's the first place I go to clear my shopping list ons I have shopping list. I have a house full of kids and you cannot beat a place will you come by 6 pair of quality socks for a dollar no excuse me 99 cent.
