This store is a UPS authorized shipping provider so when we drop off our packages they always act like it’s so much trouble when you ask for a receipt. Like wanting proof you left your package with them is just expecting way too much of them. They always charge a dollar for a paper receipt which seems unreasonable that you need to pay them for a receipt for using a service they provide. It use to be you could just request a text confirmation for your drop off instead and that was free as it should be but now they are charging a dollar for a text confirmation/receipt and that’s just ridiculous. These employees have made it obvious every time we go in with a package that they don’t want to deal with UPS packages. Throw it in the cart they always say & for some that maybe good enough & that’s fine but it shouldn’t be a big deal if someone wants a recipe and it certainly shouldn’t cost anything to get a text recipe which is a UPS...
