A friend’s husband recently passed away and I wanted to send flowers to her. I live in California, but was born and raised in the Coatesville area and remembered the Coatesville Flower Shop, so I dealt directly with them. The lady who helped me was so helpful and nice. Actually she was beyond helpful as I was deciding what to order. She assured me the arrangement would be beautiful and I wasn’t disappointed . My dad recently purchased a cemetery vase with faux flowers for my family's gravesite. He was pleased with what was delivered to him (over an hour round trip), and I thought the pointsettia arrangement was perfect for the holiday season. Unfortunately, when he posted online he received some very negative feedback from family members. The hours of operation aren’t what is advertised online ,if your hours say open till 4 then a buisness should be open until 4 not when ever they decide to close ,customers go by what is online so if they drive there and your not open when you should be then customers start looking fir nee places to shop !! Staff was very nice but I asked for Ted roses and got little time flowers and bouquet was same and prices were high for the flowers I got ,compared to a lot of other girls flowers ours was no where near as nice as there’s and they paid less !
