Swick Tv & Appliance — Attraction in Coldwater

Needed a new stove 6 months ago went to swick appliances. They have always been so helpful with all of other purchases. I was told that day that they no longer made self cleaning stoves. That they were a fire hazard and everyone was moving toward all stem clean ovens. Well after 6 months I can’t get the stupid thing clean. It doesn’t work like it was suppose to and I like a spotless oven. Long story short today my cousin bought a new self cleaning stove. I call Swick told them I was sick of trying to clean the steam clean oven. I mentioned they told me they only sell steam clean now and that I thought they had lied to me. I ask if I could return the oven and pay an upgrade to get a self cleaning oven. The man swore on the phone they didn’t tell me that. Got angry and said he would have his boss call me tomorrow. He hung up on me. I had been transferred from one guy to another on the phone. They both were there when they told me they didn’t get self cleaning ovens and the steam clean would do the same job. He never ask for my call back number so time will tell. I can’t believe they told me that and...

My parents have always bought appliances from Swicks. My mom needed a new washer, so we went with a scratch and dent. Delivered same day. There were a couple issues with it, and when I called, they immediately rectified the situation by swapping it out with another model. That is GREAT customer service.
