Enjoyed this gem of a Mexican restaurant. The lively decorations and colorful decor are as authentic as the food. Vast Street Taco Menu They list the following for tacos: Steak Carne Asada Carnitas (Deep Fried Pork) Pork Maw/Buche Campechanos (Chorizo and Steak) Seasoned Style/Adobada Chorizo (Mexican Style Sausage) Chicken/Pollo Little Mulitas (Beef with Oaxaca Cheese) Tongue/Lengua/Barbacoa/Cachete

We all tried the different atreet tacos. The tongue was very tender and tastes like steak. The Campechanos was good but was an equal amount of steak and Chorizo and maybe prefer less Chorizo to balance the saltiness.

Love the complimentary salsa, lots of flavor and not too spicy. Same with the green salsa on a big squeeze bottle at the table It's a little hotter and if you want to not taste anything they have a bottle of red that will make most people sweat. Serve alcohol and have...

El Taco Loco is our favorite place to eat in Coldwater. Excellent food in a charming, small restaurant with attentive service! The pork and chicken tamales along with the steak tacos are my favorites. We usually order these instead of a meal. Their lunch specials offer the best pricing if you’d like rice and beans too.

My daughter-in-law was born and raised in Mexico and is so pleased to have authentic Mexican food here in our area. For example, the corn tacos are made only with meat, cilantro and onion, fresh lime slices and salsa on the side - just as they’re served in Mexico. Yet, for those that want a full range of toppings - the usual American choices are available too.

Try the sweetened lime water - it’s wonderful - very refreshing! Their frozen Margaritas and other drinks with alcohol are...

Overall, it was okay. Pro's from our experience: -The three Salsas tasted delicious, especially the hot. -I felt the portions were good for the price. A fair amount of meat in the fajitas and nachos. -meals had a lot of flavor, but the Carne asada was very tough. I'm guessing it's the cooking method because the fajita steak was tender. Great flavor though. -very nice server -Coke products! And big glasses. They seemed to have some good bottle beers and other non-soda drinks as well but we didn't try those. -One of the few places I've found tongue and nopalitos!

Cons from our experience: -Food seemed to take a log time for having only two other small tables at the same time as us. -Not really spaceous for larger parties. -There was a musty, mildew smell like a basemt. Which is a shame because the...

Working in the area and found this place on google. I came here twice. The first order was the carne asada plate; which came with rice, beans and prickly pear cactus pads and two legua(tongue) tacos. My second order was the chicken fajita plate; which comes with rice, beans and lettuce. I also orded a quesadilla with carne asada(beef). I had jamica(hibiscus) drink both times. The food did not disappoint both times. I enjoyed the food and salsas that they have. Its a medium size restaurant with plety of seating. They also have a bar. Overall good experience. Definitely give them a try and support locoal restaurants.

Bought 25 tacos for 100 dollars, and left a 20 dollar tip. When I asked for chips they wanted to charge me extra for them. I asked if the people at the tables paid for chips they said no. They said it's different if your sitting down. I told them as a small business owner this was a bad look, and they didn't care. They said I could pay extra for the chips or not. Awfully short sighted. Trying to save nickles to lose dollars. Oh and they wrapped their tacos in tinfoil. Completely ruining them. Not worth your time. Stay away.

This place is my favorite restaurant in Coldwater right now and the best Mexican in town (El Cerito's is a close 2nd). This place has the best sandwich you'll get in Coldwater, order the torta sandwich and you'll see what I mean. Better than Mancino's grinders and at half the cost. All the food is top notch and the pricing is very very reasonable; and the servers are really attentive and kind. I've never had a problem. They recently expanded the restaurant for more seating and it looks great.
