My daughter was notified Sunday that her book was ready for pick up , 2 weeks into school starting. She picked it up yesterday, Labor Day and tried to return it next day. They would not return it because last day to return was last Friday although her order wasn’t ready until after Friday! Ridiculous store policy. If they had processed her order before Friday she could have returned it no problem but she didn’t get any kind of benefit of a return like the other students that were fortunate to get processed within 2 weeks return window! I wonder how many orders were processed after Friday exactly to prevent a return that is quite a scheme they have going on. Feeling discriminated against because of their inability to not offer a reasonable return despite when they processed my order. It wasn’t our fault but definitely MSC financial gain. Read moreTotal scam prices, you are much better off looking for books and course codes anywhere else. Unfortunately, they often have the most availability for books anywhere in town - which is a plus for convenience - but just keep in mind you'll have to pay a significant mark up. For example, I could've spent 70 dollars for all of my chemistry 120 material if I went through the websites themselves, but unknowingly (foolishly) I bought them from barnes and noble at over 100 dollars instead with no potential for refund. In addition, I dont OWN the textbook I bought for way more than the company sells the hardcopy for, it is rented to me through the website. I will say, this store also has a large abundance of useful school supplies, but again, marked way up what you could find anywhere else. For convince its a great store, but expect to pay absolutely...

They literally closed doors 15 minutes early (while students were still inside). I was told that I needed to exit the building and go around to the book store, despite perfectly good stairs being about 20 feet away. I To my dismay, the downstairs doors were locked and no one was in sight. The woman who refused to let me take the stairs was the only person visible, and she resolutely refused to look my way, despite the store still being open and other customers still browsing. I am beyond upset that A&M would allow this sort of thing.
