Panda Express — Restaurant in College Station

One star because I can't give zero or negative stars. This time I ordered 3 entrees. I was supposed to wait for Kung Pao because hardly anything was left and the fresh was coming out in 5min. Then when I waited to pay, another staff just came to my plate and put the rest of the Kung Pao(about half the portion I used to have and almost no meat) in the old pot into my plate, assuming I would not figure out the flaw of the third entree. When I paid, I was suddenly told I couldn't use the digital gift card which I used at least 30 times in the past months because of their "new system". It doesn't make sense at all. Inputting card numbers and codes should not have conflict to any checking system. The manager or who looked like the one being in charge just said sorry in a very cold tone. The staff is lazy, rude, and dishonest. If I could give zero stars, I would. I drive for a delivery service and was set to pick up an order from this location. I received the order at 9.11 and was there within 10 mins. When I arrived, the employees told me they could not fill the order because they claimed to be closed. Online it is clearly posted that they close at 10 PM and yet they refused my customer's order that was made nearly an hour before closing, and made no attempt to fix the situation. Not only did my customer not get their food, but I wasted my time and gas, and now have had my ratings drop because of someone else's negligence. Poorest customer...

I would like to have given 5 stars because I’ve eaten here so many times and had a lot of good meals. Probably spent over $400 dining dollars here over my 4 years at a&m. But the negatives equal the positives. There were probably 5 or 6 times where the rice was a clump of carbs rather than real rice (this happened with fried rice and white rice). A couple of times the orange chicken tasted like pure chewy tendons. I’m not going to complain about them running out of certain things because it allowed me to try new things. Coming from a die hard panda enthusiast, this panda is deserving of no more and no less...
