Exit 4 Escape Rooms — Attraction in Collingswood

We had an amazing experience at Exit 4 Escape Rooms!

Having done numerous escape rooms in the past, my husband and I were blown away by how this one stood out. We chose the T-Rex Lockdown room and brought along our 6-year-old, making it a fun family adventure. Although we started off slow, it only highlighted how unique and well-thought-out the puzzles were. The room featured creative mechanics we had never encountered before, and the dinosaur theme, complete with lighting and sound, added an extra layer of excitement and fear of not finishing!

The staff at Exit 4 was incredibly kind and attentive, offering just the right amount of guidance when needed. Their enthusiasm helped make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an unforgettable time and will definitely be returning for more! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a challenging and fun escape room experience. And if you ever doubted bringing a little one, our son has enjoyed every escape room we have done, even if he can't solve the majority of puzzles. He loved looking around and coming up with ideas in this Jurassic Park-like setting, and he felt like a detective when he opened the locks. It's a great activity...

SO FUN. Easily my favorite escape room I’ve done, and I’ve done a lot. It’s rare for escape rooms to have puzzles that just make sense. If we needed help, the hint and solution to the puzzle had us thinking “oh DUH” instead of “that makes no sense”. So creative, and not overdone. I’ve done so many escape rooms where there are puzzles on puzzles and you just get burnt out. We did the wizard puzzle and the balance of amount of puzzles to difficulty to creativity is unmatched. Plus our game master (and staff in general) was so nice and on TOP OF EVERYTHING. If we asked for a hint, that hint came IMMEDIATELY. Also it was extremely clean and, side note, smelled super nice. Absolutely recommend! I will say the parking I guess is “difficult” but also not? The email is super detailed and prepares you/tells you where to park!...

First and foremost, metered parking is in the back and you can get to the Escape Room from the lot. It's located in a covered corridor from the lot to Haddon Ave, along with some other shops.

My friends and I did the escape from the embassy scenario (not sure if they change it up every so often). It was my 4th escape room, but my first where the room stayed the same for the duration of the game. It seemed kinda low budget, but it matched with the setting/context of the scenario. Despite all that, it was pretty challenging. We ended up winning, but we had to use all of our clues because we got stumped a number of times (and our group of 4 had all been to escape rooms previously).

I would recommend it if you live in the nearby area (we came from Gloucester), but I don't know if it's worth going out of...
