Oh boy where to begin! We have done a handful of escape rooms in the Springs and while they are fun and challenging in their own unique way, the experience at Aha! is different. And when I mean different, I mean you are completely immersed and transported into these rooms the moment you step into the room! From the decor to the puzzles to the sounds and music, you genuinely feel like you are THERE! The game masters have been amazing, I felt challenged but not so much that I’m completely lost and when the game is over I get sad because it was such a joyful experience that I cannot wait to do it again! We didn’t struggle with locks or stand around and feel stumped, the flow works great, the clues make sense and these rooms in my opinion are the best we have done in town. My only small disappointment (and it really is me just being a crybaby for a moment) is I’m so bummed you need 3 players for the ripper room as my husband and i normally do escape rooms together and we can’t bring our little one. But we will hopefully find a sitter soon and find our 3rd player to bring along. We have done 2 out of the 4 rooms and we CANNOT WAIT to come back and complete the other 4! And for those parents wondering if their kiddos aged 7-10 would enjoy shipwrecked and the blind tiger, the answer is yes! Our kiddo loved his experience! Thank you for making such a fun and memorable...
Read moreThis place is a fantastic family adventure! We are not new to escape rooms and have to admit It was very well executed! The customer service from the staff was very professional, friendly, and Justin did an amazing job acting! I highly recommend this place for family bonding and fun - even my 7 year old nephew enjoyed it. Our only feedback is we recommend making the experience even more realistic by making more candy available especially when solving each puzzle by rewarding with more chocolate (not just at the end), it makes it that much more fun and rewarding! Also, the audio was very low and we struggled to hear the audio and highly recommend increasing the volume. Lastly, put a sign on the Wonka (air freshener) above the door since we in error thought it was part of the game and ended up making a mess and spilling the oil all over (oops… we are so sorry). But we left smelling like the chocolate factory the whole day. Above all else we loved every bit of the experience and would do it again m when we are in the area! Read moreMy 11 year old son and I decided to try out escape rooms for the first time ever. We were super excited about trying out the "Chocolate Factory room". We got there and as soon as we walked in I was told to fill in a waiver for my son. While I was reading the waiver the woman at the entrance decided to explain all the rules to my son. I was busy reading and signing the form, so I didn't really hear any of the explanations. I turned to my son and jokingly said that I hope he got all that. The room itself was beautifully done and looked very exciting. Although, we both felt that the staff were not attentive or helpful. There were several times that we raised our hands to get a clue.... but, nobody answered... so, my son and I just looked at each other and shrug our shoulders.... It's a real shame... I think that this could have been a really fun experience if the instructors were more engaged. To top it all off.... the instructor came into the room at the very end and she took our photo... she said it would be sent to my email... but we...
