Went with a extremely large group and they didn't blink an eye they allowed us to move tables together so that we could invade an entire section of the dining area food was ok I would say either the cook was overwhelmed by the amount of food our group had ordered other was new cause it lacked the flavor that I have come to expect over the Year from IHOP it was by no means bad but could have been better I am a decent cook myself so my advice to the cook here is don't be afraid of the spice cabinet get creative and try seasonings you are not familiar with mix them you and be amazed by the food you produce if it doesn't make you go wow this is amazing your customers probably won't either so don't be afraid to try bold things. And to the waiter who was alone and had to serve the 25+ people that were with my group you are a rock star you deserve a raise and your supervisor should definitely look into hiring a few more people to help out with the serving cause even tho I didn't require much attention you would not have been able to give me any even if you tried because you had a lot of customers and you barely had enough time to take breaths while walking let alone 3 minutes to check up on anyone to see if they were content after talking there orders. If I had the ability to give you a $2 an hour raise you bet I would and if the manager reads this you should definitely look into bumping all of your servers wages cause they are top notch and do an awesome job. Would definitely give this place a shot because they have never disappointed me when it's came to eating breakfast at any...
Read moreWhen we arrived before six on Friday night, there were two other tables that I could see that had people at them so it was very slow. Yet it took nearly 20 minutes to get pancakes, eggs, and bacon and a fresh fruit cup for myself and undercooked hamburger and fresh fruit cups for my friends, even though she’s specifically requested a well-done overcooked burger, and the waiter assured us they don’t serve anything that is not well done. Once our food was brought out, we did start to enjoy it. It was halfway through my friend burger when she realized that the burger was undercooked. My biggest complaint was there had only been two or three other table seated so it was still very quiet and we could not get our waiter to come over and check on us to see if we needed water or anything else for that matter. The manager happened by she got us fresh water and ice. And then offered to get us to go cup, which was very awesome! But never commented on how she had to take up the slack for her waiter who was hanging out doing nothing and he knew he had done wrong because he apologized to us multiple times. And it’s unfortunate that neither him or the manager offered a discount of any sort for their lack of customer service or for the undercooked burger, which my friend did not finish eating for that...
Read moreFor starters, we stood at the front reception for a good 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. There were only two other families in the whole building. The server finally seated us and took our drink orders which were fine. We ordered dinner, after some time we were told that only one meal was ready for our son and we were asked if they could bring that to him now while ours would be a few more minutes. We said that was fine. 25-30 minutes and 5-6 promises later, our food finally came out. While it was hot, parts of it were literally inedible. Things like scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast were chewy, rubbery and playdoh-like. In the midst of our wait, there were other families who complained of similar inedible food and one refused to pay for their meal. Since we were seated next to the kitchen, we got to hear all of the complaining, yelling, etc from the co-workers after the fact. There were times they didn’t known what they were doing or who they were serving. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in an ihop or any other restaurant for that matter. Definitely would never return to this particular establishment. Don’t waste your...
