Auto Tech Plaza 21st Street — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Went the they seemed nice . Once I was done getting an oil change the macnic said to me. He washed my car to which I was happy for but said he used mine real Spirits to get the Greece off of my hold I than told him isn't that used to remove paint and the other person ( lady ) behind the desk I know with eased it as well as my other half on the.phone . The gentlemen responded back if there is a problem just come on back ... Well the clear coat is taken off and giving it was an old car it alone was visually apparent/ obvious. So I call to see how I can get the problem fix and the lady behind the desk and so.eonw to whom wasn't there tried to deny the whole thing and insisted they they do not carry Mineral Spirits there and tried to tell. Me cause how old the car is . We we sent an email stating that this issue needs to be fixed as stated and that we have picture proof not to mention my significant other hearing it over kthe phone .and not we are waiting g as till for a response back I suggest to got to the auto tech plaza on Platt unless you want a half-assed​ job done with Lisa thing messed up to which they will not take...

Bad experience overall, the mechanics are not bad they can do their job, but the policy they have sucks. The people at the front desk are very rude and won’t even tell you what is going on. Ron might be a little helpful but still this shop is very bad don’t go here. There’s tons of shops around town that are way nicer even the other Auto Tech on Platte is way better than these guys. They overprice everything and won’t even tell you. They always try to fix something that might have nothing to do with what you are trying to get fixed, they charged me 700 for something that did nothing to my car, they told me that would’ve fixed my problem and that the car was perfect and they said they drove it for hours and everything was perfect, within 5 minutes after i picked up my car the same problem happened again and it died on the side of the road.When i brought it back they wanted to charge me 3000 for the job that i needed done without any help or refund for the money that i spent for no reason. Spent almost 1000 at this place and my car still is not fixed. Don’t go here there’s so many places in town that are much more professional...

I would give no star at all if I could. We did the oil change for both of our cars. The first one with the synthetic oil change was good with Groupon coupon deal. For the second one, we bought the basic oil change coupon and also asked for the oil leak check. They have the hidden fees folks. Be ware of this place. We ended up paying $90+ for the basic oil change plus oil leak check. They didn't let us know there's extra fees when we made the appointment. We also thought of no extra charges with the oil change services we used them for two cars but they did have the hidden fees ( they named it labor fees) I'm not saying there shouldn't have the labor fees but c'mon bottom line is they are not honest to the customers. There are a lot other places offer this check for free and they let us know first before any other fees or charges involved and we usually shop around for any services we needed (like most of us do) . We don't trust or support these type of money hungry unethical business. Now, they lost $1,000 + service from us and we would never go back to this place and not recommend to any...
