This takes dedication and integrity that many find hard to achieve. How I am correlating my business with Kelly' TV Repair is that he was asked a question from me. This question was designed to test the owner as to his integrity & I wanted to know the truth. The question "I purchased this TV 3 years ago $4,500 dollars for the best I could afford at this time" / "Is this TV worth fixing now that Black Friday is here in my mind and cost of these things have gone down extremely as they do." His response was NO you do want to fix this TV as its still a good TV and still goes for almost $3k. My thought was heck this question must be asked almost every time. The owner has the opportunity to tell the customer that yeah, the tv is broken maybe you could get one current that wouldn't cost that much more, and with attempt to persuade the customer to just say well can you get rid of the one I brought! So of course, he could re-sale it RIGHT, NOOO! HE DID NOT DO THIS The owner was extremely honest and made me feel like fixing my TV was truly worth it. He not only fixed it using new Sony parts but did it a week early. Thank YOU the TV works perfect again and more so thank you for being worth the research and expense. Guys and Gals fix your TV before you buy a new one. Can you believe its even possible as everything, we have now is designed to be disposable. Read moreWe have a Mitsubishi 65"HD that started having 'lights' or 'stars' appear on the screen. At first, just a few, then hundreds. We call Mitsubishi and they set-up a repair using Kelly's TV Repair LLC,telling us that the part would take about two weeks, and then it may take a nother two weeks for the repairman. I received a call from Andre from Kelly's TV Repair the next day, saying he received the work order and that the part should be in 3-4 days, and he would call back when it arrived to schedule the repair. Three days later he called, and came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to make the repair, because Saturday worked for our schedule! He came out in the morning as promised, dressed professionally, and was very personable and cordial. He came in, and got right to work, taking time to explain to me what I could do to ensure longer life of the repair (cleaning out the dust ports, providing more ventilation, etc). He was quick, very kinowledgeable, and extremely polite. I give Kelly's TV Repair LLC, and his service 5-stars!! I don't think there could have been anything that he could have done any better. I would highly recommend, and will definetly buy my next TV from (or have any needed repairs made by) Kelly's TV Repair LLC. Superior service, fast...
Read moreI hate to judge a place solely on their customer service but the lady I spoke with this morning August 14, 2017 was extremely rude. From her heavy sighs when I asked a question, to her unwelcoming tone. I'very been doing business with you for over 10 years, and television repair service has been great. Unfortunately I have to change my last review to a 2 star all because of an unprofessional experience concerning a phone call. I expressed to the lady on the phone that I was speaking loud because I have strept throat and I've lost my voice, and the attitude she got with me because she assumed I had an attitude with her after the uncalled for heavy sighs was beyond unprofessional. Sad to say after I get the information I requested you've completely lost my business.
