Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Just recently called this Loacation to place an delivery order Here at the Airforce base . When the employee answered the phone he suggested the special that is going for $25 . I repeated what he said to be sure I was hearing correct he had an attitude . I ignore that then he asked for my info for the delivery I gave it to him and made sure it was clear I'm here on base he said in a rude manner how I would need to call powers location and he will give the number I said no thank I'll get it myself have a blessed day because I felt like he didn't want to give me the customer service I needed so I didn't want to bother him anymore . The employee just hung up in my face so that confirm with me he had an attitude and not ONLY that he has POOR customer service skills . Let me make this suggestion if you HATE your job get one you enjoy so you can give the best customer service not only that so you can be Happy . So I called back to get the guy name so "David" answered the phone and placed me on hold . I then ask what was the guy name and he told me it was "Jarrett" . I explained to David the situation he basically did'nt say anything and hung up as Well . If the Both of you Don't appreciate having a job well maybe allow me to help you . Not sure what’s up with these food places, and the employees who choose! to work and make others food. We’ve been to many different states and countries this is the worse out of them all for food. People throw your food together and purposely serve you slop, and expect you to be happy with it. We ordered over $90 in pizza in a recession. My most expensive pizza was $27 it lacked the specialty sauce it was supposed to come with, the extra onions & mushrooms I requested and paid! for. And for some reason has a bacon bit taste 🤮. Not sure why a Philly pizza would taste like that. The entire thing went in the trash. I called and spoke with the manager she was pleasant and provided a refund for said pizza. She said the lack of sauce must have been because they were in the middle of changing it out… Nonetheless, this place and no other fast food joints in this area won’t get any more of my money. Worst customer service ever that i have seen at papa johns. Talked to a manager about my order being late at 6:37 when i placed it at 5:57 and then he apologized and said the driver is on their way. Wait 20 minutes still no pizza and call back to let them know my order is still not here. This time another manager answers the phone and i explain the situation to him and he trys to tell me that the driver left at 6:05 and tried to deliver the pizza and no one answered the door. I told him i was checking the door and out the window the whole time and no one ever came. Then i said why didnt the driver call the number on the order and he tried to tell me his drivers dont care cell phones. Who in this day and age doesn't have a cell phone? After being lied to I canceled my order and i hope these managers learn some customer service because j would never want people like that working for me and causing my business...
