Donner Park — Attraction in Columbus

This was my stomping ground growing up. I was always at the pool all day everyday. If you were looking for me that's where I was. On the diving board doing what I did best. Flips and lazys. I absolutely loved being there. It was a great environment for me as a youngster and it kept me out of alot of trouble. I was so disappointed when they removed the high dive. 😪 That was one place I shined. My memories of this place will lay forever. Meet lots of cool people here. My best friend and I visited to play some disc golf this morning. Nice course good layout, BUT! The experience was made to be completely miserable. Couldn't get one throw in without a swarm of bugs in our faces. On our glasses it our noses. Very disappointed, it was bad enough with the bugs but seeing the pins was difficult without flags at the tops of the pins. Not to mention huge tree branches just laying everywhere. We left by hole 5 and went to our home course Tripton park in North Vernon where were able to have an enjoyable outing without the pestilence. Won't back this summer but perhaps well try again...
