Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

This Taco Bell location is easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in Columbus. The service is incredibly slow—even when there are barely any customers, you’re still waiting 20+ minutes for a basic order. When the food finally comes out, it’s either missing items, poorly wrapped, or just wrong altogether. I’ve received tacos with barely any filling, burritos that look like they were tossed together, and orders that were completely messed up. The cleanliness of the place isn’t great either. The dining area often looks neglected, and the drink station is sticky and gross more often than not. On top of that, the employees don’t seem interested in helping customers. There’s a lack of urgency or care, and if you try to politely point out an issue with your order, the attitude you get in return is disappointing. I understand it’s fast food, but that’s no excuse for this level of sloppiness and disregard for basic customer service. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and it keeps getting worse. I’m not one to complain about service in a fast food restaurant because who cares. But whenever a 40+ year old staff member is acting like a child it’s a little different. I came in for my pick up order because it said it was ready on the app, when I get there my order wasn’t up yet. I waited a reasonable 5-7 minutes but my order never came out. I ask about it and say that someone else probably took my order before I got there. The lady’s reaction was that of a child told to do a chore. Sighing and groaning, even audibly making fun of my order while remaking it. When the order was ready she screamed out my name so unreasonably loud, to which one of the other employees even said “don’t yell at him it’s not his fault”. Honestly just childish behavior. It was the big lady with a walking problem that “assisted me”. She actually seemed to be the manager in charge at the time, it’s hard to tell since she was just wearing a pink shirt and no visible name badge or anything, but she was ordering other people around so that’s what I’m...

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I should've written this same review 10x at least but didn't. The staff stinks, they act like they hate their jobs & it shows. The last time we went there our food wasn't even wrapped up. I opened the bag to make sure we got the proper food bcuz you have to do that at this location & literally the tacos & burritos I'd ordered were laid in the bag on the wrappers & the wrappers were not in any way wrapped around the items. I was so shocked I wrapped the 3 tacos on top & shut the bag. When I got home I told my wife & kids what happened & opened the bag to give them their food & under the 3 tacos I'd wrapped was another 3 tacos & a burrito unwrapped. If there was a contest for the worst fast food restaurant in the country this location would win.
