Worst experience ever . I have ordered furniture on jun 4th and the sales person named Rick told me that they can deliver between 2 to 4 weeks but at the time of check out, he wrote 4 to 6 weeks on the receipt .I didnāt get any call until 6 weeks so i called them and they said my order is ready and they can deliver next day. Finally the furniture arrived but the sofa was damaged . The delivery guy was very rude and drag the sofa scratching my wooden floor .He also told me that he can not take the love seat on my loft .I told the delivery guy that I canāt accept the damaged sofa but he said that I need to take that otherwise I need to go back to the store to pick up . They returned back with all the stuffs after I called the store though the guy on the phone calling himself as a manager questioned me if I can seat on the sofa or not.After an hour they came back with 1 love seat and bed and installed which was totally different . The bed i ordered was with bookcase head board but they came with the headboard without bookcase but when i told them they told me that the code number on the receipt matches the code on the bed and they left. Next day I went to the store and asked for manager but they said there is no manager and if I like anything from store they can deliver me . After long argument they called manger and he promised me to deliver the right order within 2 weeks so I came back and waited 2 weeks but they didnāt call me unless I called them . When I called them they said I can get my order that day but they didnāt . When I called them next day they said that there was problem in there phone so that they didnāt contact me .When the delivery arrived that day again the love seat was found damaged and I called the store . The one the phone claiming himself as a manager named Joseph was rude and unprofessional . Again I went to the store for the 3rd time and asked for my refund but they said I will get $2300 refund but I paid $2599 for that. After a long discussion they said they have 1 love seat and sofa and can deliver in 2 days . I received the delivery after 2 days but again they forgot the base of the love seat . I understand that because of Covid orders are going to be delayed, however I was lied to. It turns out when I bought the couch the factory from which the couch is manufactured was shut down. The employee said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the couch. At about 6 weeks I called Furniture Land to track the status of the couch. They told me they would call me back the next day. I never received any calls back. I ended up calling them every day for about a week. After they kept telling me they would call me back I decided to go there in person so that they couldnāt bs me anymore. The lady in the shop told me the truth about how the factory was shut down. At this point I was very angry, on the phone I asked them to please look up the status of my order which they said they ācouldnāt because they were too busyā. When I went in person to the store the lady looked up my order in two seconds, and told me the real truth. Instead of just getting a refund I asked the manager to just give me a free delivery, which they obliged to thankfully. When they came to deliver the couch they unloaded a blue sofa (not at all what I ordered) and I informed them that is not my couch. We were blessed with a wonderful home and needed new furniture, plus our kids needed beds. We purchased a beautiful sectional and 3 sets of bunk beds, spending a total of 3100.00. It was delivered on time as promised, but they had to come back 2 more times because they kept bringing the wrong parts for the beds. Then, lets talk about the sectional. 8 days after the purchase, we noticed BEDBUGS on the sofa. I flipped out, primarily because I run a licensed childcare business out of my home and have been doing so for the last 3 years and I've never had an issue with bugs. The bedbugs weren't found anywhere else, but on the sofa. So we called the store and they refused to do anything because we couldn't prove that the bedbugs came from them. The sad part is, I really wasn't looking for a full refund (although it would've been nice, being that we have been sorely inconvenienced), I was looking for a happy medium. How about offering to pay for a exterminator, an exchange....something. But they offered no assistance whatsoever. So, we have been forced to involve the Better Business Bureau and maybe even our attorney. I find it highly offensive that we make a major purchase and get infested with bedbugs, and absolutely nothing is done to accommodate the "customer". SHOP AROUND, DO NOT GIVE FURNITURE LAND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT...
