Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

The people that bought this place is horrible. I sent my 16 year old in to order something that we always get. 1 they guy in front was so busy stuffing his face that he didn’t realize that he had customers once he did he didn’t even wash his hands when he came to the register or when he cut a pizza. They tell her 7 minutes so I go in wait then realize that the receipt said something different than what we get. So I questioned him about it and he is arguing with me telling that that’s how it’s been. I ask him did it change because it’s never been that way before and he says that’s what it’s always been and don’t send a kid To order. I told him that she’s 16 and she knows how to order food she’s not a baby, like the one that was in the kitchen.😏 He throws the pizza and tries to give me what I ordered and I tell him just give me my money back because at this point I don’t want him touching my food. He proceeds to argue even after I told him I just want my money back. I guarantee you, just like a certain group went and bought all the subways and they went down, the same is about to happen...

It seems that every time I’ve ordered from here, within these last 3 months, the pizzas appear more and more distraught. Me thinking since it’s SOO convenient to order here, since it’s not too out of the way and is pretty pocket friendly, why not give them another chance. However…..

Today I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and they both looked like they were pulled out as soon as the cheese started to melt. They broke apart in every which direction when attempting grab it out of the box, not to mention, they were both doughy. I also ordered some crazy bread that looked like it was put in the oven for 5 minutes, rolled with a rolling pin, then thrown in a bag.

When I returned the food, not once was any of the 3 emplyees (who came to observe their masterpiece) empathetic or really cared to make it right. Instead, they collectively agreed that based on their “professional opinion” the pizza wasn’t undercooked but it was the extra sauce (no one asked for) that made the pizza look the way it did…

At this point I will starve before I EVA order from...

I placed an online order(pay in store) and went to pick it up exactly at the time it said to. I paid for 2 cheese sauces and they were unavailable, which is ok but she said I couldn’t be refunded. Because she couldn’t re-ring it, she asked if another sauce would work but I only wanted the cheese sauce. She offered an extra garlic and I said that was fine. After I paid for my order, she forgot to ring my drink and then had to charge me separately and I had asked if instead of the refund, could I just get the soda. She said because it was .40 cents more, she couldn’t. I would’ve paid the difference, but that wasn’t an option. All that to say, I get home and the pizza is: Wet, soggy and cold. The cheese,veggies and crust were majorly undercooked to the point of needing to recook it at home. Very disappointed, and will not be coming back to this location. I don’t normally write reviews and am pretty understanding, but this pizza should’ve never...
