I had been trying for 3 months to get my 8 channel dvr and outside cameras to work properly, as they have been malfunctioning. I called and emailed 3 companies, including the company that installed my system. No one ever replied. I just happened to see Fabricio on W Broad St yesterday, and was able to get his attention and he pulled over. I was hoping to make an appointment for him to come to my house. I was elated when he offered to come over at that moment after we talked and I told him about the issues with my system. He came to my house and in less than an hour had my system working perfectly, and better than when it was installed, as he put in one item that is 10 times better than the original. Highly recommend! As someone who owned a tech business I have very high expectations in this field and they exceeded them. I met with 3 different companies at my house before deciding to go with GCS Electronic. They weren't the absolute cheapest but they were very competitively priced and they were by far the best. Fabricio are great to work with and they get the job done right. They don't just route cables and mount cameras in the easiest places, they take time to work with you, get your feedback and they install it professionally so that it comes out really clean. I've had the worst experience with this company.I've had multiple dvr replacements.and camera. Every time they find a reason to why it's our fault by saying we had a power surge,our house must of been struck by lightening Every time wanted to charge us for new equipment. ..I now have cameras out and they have been coming out for an appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for 2 weeks now..and still nobody's has showed up or responded to my calls or text...so technically I wouldn't give them...
