I have been going to this Tim Horton's for 2 1/2 year's and surrounding Tims. Love my Tims, but It has came to the point where loving something and disrespect you have to weigh. I have seen some really rude people staff and gone in a flash. It like a mini high school on first shift. Second shift is amazing and really nice and kind people. Not to mention, very polite. I understand first can get busy, so time for chit-chat isn't possible, but seriously in Am who really wants to, I am always heading into work. It got to the point where I would try to wait for coffee an hit another Tims, with timing and location this one fits, I as a customer should not have to by paas or fit another location in. I am paying for coffee and service. Does these employees understand it customers lile me that create money for there paychecks. I have never been rude, I have always greated them with a smile and told them to have a nice day, and hey thats FREE. It got to point where my coffee would have to much creamer, sometimes expresso would be forgotten. No problem can you fix it, it seem to be a problem that they to correct a mistake and acted as if I was lying. Now what do I get from that, seriously. It seems we have a mini high school here. I came thur drive thur and seen coffee it was clear it was way lighter than normal, I thought maybe expresso got forgot, employee at window ask me if I would like her to remake, I yes. Another employee look over her shoulder and said it "ITS JUST GOING TO LOOK THE FUC** SAME" my 2yr old in back seat, I could not believe the inappropriate behavior of this adult. So I took coffee an went to another location to have replaced. After that I started getting cold shoulder and disrespected from associate that asked me if I wanted remade. I started driving by and when i seen these employees I would leave not even go in, For 2weeks I did this. Thsn finally I said I'm going in not going thur drive thur, make it easier on them. It would be a 10-15 stop every time. Then this same employee would be taken orders i would wait and watch and when it came to me she would walk away without a word refuse to serve me and I would have to wait for another employee she choose. Recently, she had me wait, not a words for 20mins brought out new manager of store he said what the problem, I had no idea I Just was waiting to be served. SHE SAID I DON'T MAKE YOUR COFFEE RIGHT SO I'M GETTING HIM TO MAKE IT, I EXPLAINED AT TIMES MY COFFEE IS LIGHTER. HE ASKED ME WHAT I WAS HAVING HE THEN CAME UP and said the creamer in waiting area was not calibrated the same as drive thur. Then showed me, it was a shot to much. I said I know I did not complain about something that wasnt there, the employee heard him and they now knew this. I stated to him at this time I would drive by and when I noticed employees HER, I would keep driving looked at her and said have you seen me do this, she agreed YES. I come in and the same disrespect, ruggedness, towards me. Again, she continued to refuse to ring me up and serve me, I would wait for another employee to come take my order. I thought it was resolved, I would ask for them to use drive thur creamer until other was fixed everything was good. Nope, sure wasn't andnso that day I decided to pull my bank statements had bank pull Tim horton's, to see what I spent in a year here, this is not including cash payment in which i have used cash alot as well, I was extremely supprise that it came up to $762.00 in card transactions now remember most of the tim I pull cash and have another card I did not include in this total. This was 1 card amount, I stopped there it was alot of calculations to get that, for bank and myself. I came to terms with I love Tims coffee, but I will not give another dime of my money to a company who employes people like this. I wont pay for disrespect, and the addittudes from these people. Go to another tims, nope should not have to change my routine to fit there needs, when I am paying. I live near GROVE CITY, I travel down Harrisburg pike to hit 70 south to get on 315 to go...
Read more🤔Oh k, 🤨so here's the story... Between six fifteen six thirty am I'm making a A coffee run. for my teammate... 4 different type of coffees.... One coffee was field up to the rim.. It was spilling just before I got it into the car .. I Ask The lady can she take that 1 particular cup and poor some of the coffee out? I told her I do not want it to spill inside of my car . pretty much. I had to beg her because I said it more than once. What do she do?! Snatch cup out of the cup holder. That I was holding Pour the coffee out side of the Drive through window. It all over the cardoor..on the outside of my car. Do I go off? NO Do I get upset? NO. no i keep calm, I ask her what ever happened to customer service? And I drove away .. I decided to make a phone call to Speak to the manager.. I told the manager everything that happened.. She said yes tha was me WOW!!! so She said once we give the person the coffee We do not allow the coffee back inside.. That's why I poured the coffee outside of the window.. I told her What about the coffee that's on my car door she gave me no response for that. but only said to me you. get free coffee. .Lol WOW.. So I call headquarters, And what in your no headquarters Didn't do nothing for me at all... except call the store and see if they will pay for my car. Wash .. of course. I got no response from the store or from the headquarters... I sent my co-worker Up 2 the place the next day. I was not going to deal with it no more. . So they did not mark the tops of the coffee ones again and they gave her an attitude so I was not going to Tim on Central & west broad street... Professional, no. currency not at all. Read moreDo not go here! I go here because it's close to my house. Every time the customer service is crap. After today I am never going here again. The cashier looked at me like he didn't want to serve us. Didn't even greet me, ask how my day was, no customer courtesy at all. I work in food service too and never would I treat my customers this way no matter how horrible. I asked for a breakfast wrap, the #13 meal, he just assumed I wanted bacon cause he didn't ask if I wanted sausage or bacon, I wanted what was shown on the menu picture. I'm looking at my receipt trying to figure out what is wrong and didn't realize a lady was behind me. Instead of "Ma'am please step aside so I can take this next customer" he just says "excuse me!" With an attitude. I get my order and the presentation if horrible. Half an egg, little cheese, and two tiny strips of bacon. As I said he assumed I wanted bacon. Didn't ask "would you like sausage or bacon on that". The half egg, cheese and bacon was drowning in the tortilla. I asked the manager if she would eat that. She says that's how their wraps come. While I was talking to the manager the cashier interrupts and starts arguing with me. Are they rationing their food? In the menu it has a whole egg. When I told them to put my creamer on the side they gave it to me in a coffee cup cause they were out of the single creamer packs. The manager then takes my receipt, crumbles it up and throws it away. While I did get a replacement and correct one, I will not go here again. Every time I go here hoping the service improved it gets...
