Blasian Grill Hibachi — Restaurant in Franklin Township

This is not a review on the food. Unfortunately, I had high hopes on trying the food here, it has been raved about by friends and family!! My issue is with the business/ website. I placed an online order today (the hours said open until 9:30pm) Well, I drive all the way over there and they're CLOSED! This was at 1:30 in the afternoon. Of course my account was charged and I'm without food and was not able to reach anyone. I understand this is a holiday week, and if it were tomorrow, the 4th, I could understand. Please fix this issue, update your website, whatever it takes to keep this from happening in the future. I wouldn't be surprised if this happened to others today, who tried to place an order online!! I'll be calling on Friday when you open back up, for a refund.

went with intentions of supporting local business. ordered my food with a friend, food came for him in 25 mins already pretty long, i and others ended up having an hour wait for what seemed like small quantity orders. man who got his food after me ,asked for a refund. he was waiting for an hour. he had to pleed with them about it, eventually the owner caved and gave it to him. i politely asked for one after, (i was waiting LONGER) the owner and cashier both gave me attitude and refused the refund. said " i'll make it right now" i end up waiting ANOTHER 25 minutes before leaving with no refund and no food.

they are new, maybe there will be progress, right now there is no sense of urgency or an efficient system of getting orders...

Wad there at the grand opening. suppose to be at 2 pm but opened at 2:23 pm which is late. they could of at least gave us a heads up to the people who were waiting, also could of been handled better by giving us a menu to order ahead as they prepare food in a timely manner. The wait was not worth it as we waited in line and left around 3:21 with our food. the food was above average, but not worth the price as you order rice and meat and u get to pick one vegtable. The atmosphere is nice. love the drawing board idea and the koi fish on the wall. I wonder what kind of singers or karaoke that is coming soon.
