Read moreEvery single time we order on the app from this place they somehow either A) mess up the order and we get what seems to be 2 halves of our order and someone else's order or B) they just dont give us some of our stuff. Its consistent. Basically I have to make call the door dasher to tell them to make sure the order is right every time. If you order 2 liters they will always forget them and customer service leaves you on hold for 45 minutes only to tell you that the other app has to handle it. Because of course if you order on the little ceasers app it sends the order through door dash. If you order it for pick up they never mess up. But they will always mess it up if you make the order for delivery. 12 times now ive gotten my hopes up that maybe this will be the time and I am always let down. Always.
