I gave it 4 stars for food. It was very delicious. a little bit more butter. .. For service, excellent excellent excellent 5 stars. She was very good, very polite. Better then. The last time that I was there and the time before that and the time before that. 3. Different times I gave Llittle Caesars a chance but they disappoint me every single time , Video I turned away because the person who was making a pizza did not wash his hands or the person who was cutting a piece of did not do a very good job. I had to cut it myself when I drank at home. The person who took my order. There was always rude or sometime. I watch them as they. Did I pay no attention to other customers like their conversation was more important... but today. August the 30th 2025 2:43 PM. I was shock Litt Caes workers surprise me. so I had to give her 5 stars do not know This particular crew.. . I usually get a Little Caesars between 6 months to a year Just to see if they're added to exchange or if they're piece of got any better But it never happens, always the same negative.Have workers so I continue to stay away?What made me go in today?One of my coworkers was talking about pizza and I just happened to be in the area ... Also, the person who was making the Pizza, they did a very good job cuz when I got home and my first bite I had to sit back and look at the name of the Pizza. Well online the coupon was amazing and made a great order with the amount left on my gift card however they didn’t take payment online with gift cards and you can’t submit order online without paying(understandable) so no problem I’ll call 📞 well first the kid had no idea what I was talking about with the coupons I mean like he was so clueless as if his never known they had any discount offers ever so I then explained to him that online it says blah blah blah well long story short I ended up asking if it was only an online offer so I would recommend alerting the employees of the offers offered, and possibly an alert when you first add something to your cart about not accepting gift cards online, and putting better detail on offers posted online or in app because I looked for it and there was no detail about it just being an online offer It’s not the employee that was the issue just the lack of information he is given about new offers going on So my whole night was just re-arranged and not what I planned I got a lot less for what I should of if I could of ordered online but that’s my problem I...

Every single time we order on the app from this place they somehow either A) mess up the order and we get what seems to be 2 halves of our order and someone else's order or B) they just dont give us some of our stuff. Its consistent. Basically I have to make call the door dasher to tell them to make sure the order is right every time. If you order 2 liters they will always forget them and customer service leaves you on hold for 45 minutes only to tell you that the other app has to handle it. Because of course if you order on the little ceasers app it sends the order through door dash. If you order it for pick up they never mess up. But they will always mess it up if you make the order for delivery. 12 times now ive gotten my hopes up that maybe this will be the time and I am always let down. Always.

TL;DR dont order for delivery from here. But just fine...
