Lady Jane's Haircuts For Men- Henderson (W Henderson Rd & Kenny Rd) — Attraction in Columbus

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a barber shop. It’s 06/10/2025 I walk in at about 11:45 and there was a lady finishing up a customer. I walk to the counter to sign in as a new customer and I put my info in the system then I choose the person I wanted to cut my hair. Then I took a seat and waited for her. Well about 10 min later the other woman that I didn’t choose comes stumbling in late looking like a late mess. She then says cmon I’ll take you…I’m thinking “well I didn’t choose you” I told her “I’ll just wait for the other lady.” Next thing you know the other lady tells the late one that she can have me. That’s not who I chose 🤷🏽‍♂️. So then I think she gets confused and doesn’t realize I’m still waiting for her. She disappeared 🤦🏽‍♂️. Now late lady says “cmon I know you’re in a hurry I got you.” So I agreed and sat down. I said don’t cut my hair from here up. First thing she did was cut my hair exactly where I said not to. The worst haircut I've ever had, bar-none. The woman cutting my hair was breathing in my face heavily, which was of course made worse by her bad breath which she seemed completely oblivious of. To top it off, she made very little attempt at following my directions as well, instead opting to cut my hair by her preference.

To clarify, I had asked for her to cut "Very little off the top". She cut something like 70% of it.

After that she asked, "is that good, or should I cut more?". Obviously, I replied "no, that much is enough". And before I could protest, I suppose she decided it wasn't short enough on her own and continued cutting it anyways.

To say I am unhappy would be an understatement. In addition to the obnoxious "manly" atmosphere, it would seem they care very little for the skill of their stylists that they allow to work there. In conclusion, if you need a cut, do yourself a favor and go...

If you want a tired, passionless, mediocre haircut and forced slightly uncomfortable conversation from seemingly apathetic staff who seem to have lost sight of their dream, this is the place for you! Really it’s as underwhelming a place as I can imagine. It’s not to say that there aren’t some women here who want to do good work but in times of needing a quick cut for emergency purposes I’ve landed here and more often than not had a bad experience.
