Lower Lights Salon — Attraction in Columbus

I had high hopes for this salon as they came highly recommended by a friend. The staff are very friendly and thats why I'm leaving 2 stars. Unfortunately I think there was some miscommunication between me and the stylist. I went in with a pretty soft balayage and wanted to build on that.. completely got ruined. I asked for a trim and way more was taken off than a trim. I can still see grey hairs. 3 and a half hours and $100 I'll never get back. Completely disappointed. If you decide to go here you need to be very specific on what you want, apparently I was not.

I love Lower Lights Salon! Not only is it a place to get a great haircut for a great price, but it is also a place of sanctuary.

A lovely little salon! Affordable with many services. Arielle is truly talented and im delighted to have found her. Wednesdays free cuts are provided for folks who just can't afford it.
