Open Sky Day Spa — Attraction in Columbus

If I could do negative stars I would, had a nice weeekend getaway planned, planned our whole Saturday around the couples massages we had appointments for (appointments that were booked days in advance). Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes just to be told someone didn’t show up so our services wouldn’t be happening. Canceled on the spot after we had been sitting there. We are from out of town so the $30 off our next service (as if we’d ever come back) was useless to us. Extremely disappointed in the service and expect our information to be shredded immediately as I do not wish to receive anything promotional from this establishment after this disaster. 3.5 stars I signed up for a massage and package deal for $180. I specifically asked if I could choose deep tissue and brightening and if that is included, and was told yes by Sheree. The next day, after the services, I discovered that both were a $10 add on which I felt was misleading. I don't mind paying, but be upfront about pricing to customers. As for the services themselves, Diamond, the masseuse, was amazing! 5 stars! I really enjoyed the massage. I did not care so much for my facial with Jolie. It's the first time, I had a facial where the esthetician didn't touch the neck area at all. That was $10 add on again, and she didn't clean up my neck afterwards, leaving residue stuck on. Everything was amazing!! I called in and was able to book an appointment same day, which was great! I had specific request and I was able to receive everything I asked for. The office was clean, the room was clean the bathroom was clean, all things that are looked at by new clients. The staff as mentioned before were accommodating, and my messeuse Anna, was exceptional! She gave me tips, and answered all my questions. Hands down the best massage I've ever had. I felt so relaxed and 10 times better then when I walked in.
