So Kroger's in this area is very disrespectful to the point it's like they have favorites. For example, I've seen some people who would walk in with nothing and then walk out with carts full of stolen items, and then you think that someone would stop them wrong they will let the thefts go on about their business and not do a thing about it. But yet the workers will try to go up to someone who has paid for their items and be loud and will make the customer show their receipt of the items they bought and the workers will try to make a big scene and then embarrass the customer who has paid for their items and I would know because it has happened to me and I didn't appreciate the way the workers were talking to me and treated me like I was with my daughters and they were just so vulgar with the language they were using in front of my kids. It was very embarrassing and then once I showed them everything on my receipt and everything in my car another woman walked past me you could tell she was a drug addict and she had not one receipt in her hand used no you scan or a regular register and they let her walk right out the store I straight said what about that lady because she has none of the items in her bags and nor does she have a receipt they said that's not their problem they were focusing on me I don't go on stores and still I don't have that to do I have two little girls I raise every day of my life so if I was you go to the Kroger on Wilson they are so much better and understanding and treat you like a...
Read moreI have health issues that require me to ride an electric cart when shopping. This store almost always has electric carts available. And if not, you can usually find them in the cart corrals in the parking lot. The store is clean and bright, and usually has everything I need. All but one employee have been very professional and polite. A short girl who retrieves the carts yelled at me that I couldn't leave the property with the cart. I told her that I knew that. But she kept yelling. Then she asked some guy to yell at me. Then the guy and I were screaming and cussing at each other across the parking lot. I thought I was gonna get into a fight with this guy, over driving the cart to the end of the property, to save on walking distance to the bus stop. That makes me want to never go there again. I think I'll start taking my money to Walmart from now on. Which would be very inconvenient for me, being that it's quite a bit farther from my apartment. But at least I have never felt that my safety was in jeopardy, because of an employee,...
Read moreI go to this shopping center mostly for Kroger and Family Dollar because it's only around the corner from my house. It's only very busy around the beginning of the month so I try to avoid the area around those times. I rate it 3 stars because the place could be so much better. It definitely needs a lot of work done to the parking lot and the establishments. I also only give 3 stars because of safety issues. There have been numerous times where people have gotten robbed at gun point over there even in broad daylight so I try to get in and get out as fast as I can because anything can happen at any time over there and I just dont feel safe over there. Kroger does have a security guard over there but I dont think they carry a gun which means there isnt much they can do if something like...
