This place is one of the worst places to get food from I ordered blue cheese and chicken wings the sauce did not come the first time so the manager who work today which it is 7-17 recent out my order of chicken wings and cheese sticks and for the second time they forgot the blue cheese I reached out to let him know that the order was still messed up and he said he didn't have time to argue with me because he put it in the bag I'm pregnant I just recently started ordering from this place and if this is the kind of customer care that they give it's disgusting you're arguing with the customer who payed for an order that you guys messed up not once but twice I will be going to corporate and letting everyone know not to order from here anymore disgusting customer service by the manager arguing over the mistake they made not once but twice either the driver gave me the wrong order or the managers too busy disrespecting the customers to actually pay attention to what he's doing but disgusting customer care from the manager you guys need to get it togetherTouch and hold a clip to pin it. Read moreI will never use Pizza Hut Online for delivery order ever again! Order 397679 was never delivered. The driver was said they returned the food to the store. When I was alerted this via text. I called the store after being put on hold at a call center and the lady who was working the store said no order was placed with my name on it and no food was brought back to the store. Lucky there are things called confirmation emails. So I was able to confirm that it was in fact the Harrisburg Pike store that mishandled my order . I was never even given the option to pick up the food. The driver was communicating with me via texts and said he returned the food. The worst part is you think a large corporation would be able to handle a small claims and process a refund for $24.18 but not this store and not Pizza Hut. I filled out a ticket with corporate to try and get a refund. A man named Robert Howard reached out the next day via email claiming he represented that location. Robert only reached out after the claim was filed and has since stopped communicating with me and will not follow up on this issue. 5 business days later and I can’t even get a response. That’s how little they care. Bottom line this store DOES NOT CARE TO MAKE IT RIGHT and I most likely fed their employees working last Sunday night on my dime. I very rarely order delivery anymore because you can not trust people to do a honest job and render services. My services were not rendered. I should have been given the option to pick up my food, remake my food and come pick it up or refunded . Read moreI ordered a pizza for my boyfriend at 10 pm on 2-10-2016. Pizza store said it would take an hour and 40 minutes, which would have been about 11:51 pm when it should be delivered. After the 2 hours passed my boyfriend told me that the pizza is late. This was about 12:15 now. So I called the store and the phone kept ringing all night and such to no answer. So I checked my bank account and happened to get the money back for the pizza that I ordered. I understand being busy, but you all have phones for a reason. You need to call the people who order 2 hours before you guys close and tell them if you cannot process their order and give them their money back. It's business and honestly this is honestly the first itme I hada problem with them. After all this I ended up driving to Wendy's and getting my boyfriend some food and ended up having to bring a friend along when we planned on drinking and wasting the night doing something that this place should have already done.
