This place is nasty and the market manager sucks I would have given this place zero stars but that's not a option but back in April I went threw the drive thru and spent $30 first we waited almost 2 hours in the drive thru and I only waited because my kids really wanted taco bell then pull up to the window and pay with my card and one of the employees stands right there and digs all the way down his pants and boxers and scratches his balls and sees me watching and continued like it wasn't a big deal so I asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one there and I asked for my money back but they said they couldn't without a manager so I decided to take the food since I wasn't gonna get my money back so when I finally got my food I left fast cuz I already waited so long got home and saw my food was all wrong there was very little beans on the bean burritos and a whole handful of cheese then my triple crunch wrap had no meat at all neither did my tacos and my cheesy fiesta potatoes were hard and old so I tried calling them and no one answered so the next day I went there and asked for a manager and again was told there was no manager there and the rude pregnant women who's apron was disgusting snatched my receipt from my hand and only gave me $3 back for my crunch wrap and told me to leave so I told her I needed my receipt back and she wrinkled it up and threw it away and told me she needed it so I called corporate while standing there and even they told her to give me my reciept and she refused and kept telling me to leave so corporate told me to leave and she will get me all my money back she got all my info and said to wait for my refund but that never happened a few weeks later a man called me saying her was the market manger and wanted to know what happened and said he will call me back after he investigated and that also never happened I still want my money back and I will never ever go back to that place it needs to be...

I also asked for 3 nacho fries and was charged for 3 avacodo ranches and 4 nacho cheeses which is okay because can't ever go wrong for sauce but when i got the bag I sat in the drive thru and seen it. I was upset because the chalupas were covered in cheese , barely any chicken. My girl use to work at this location and she said the one who took our order was named coralina. I Was not even received a receipt or anything and my girl didn't want to go back thru because she said they will mess it up again . Read moreI've been going to this Taco Bell semi-regularly for probably 5 years now. When I had 2nd and 3rd shift jobs, they were usually the only ones open after work, and even working days I usually go to them when I want fast food but I'm not craving something specific. They've been pretty reliable to me.
They can take a while when the lines get long, so I'd say if you see more than three cars waiting to order, you'll want to come back later or pick somewhere else.
As for getting orders right, I haven't had many problems (none memorable) when I'm just getting a few things (me and maybe someone else), but when you're getting different food for the whole family, they seem to mess something up more often. I try to keep a more balanced view though, because it's something that almost all fast food places in the area have problems with (both McDonald's sometimes, Burger King often, and Rally's is almost always taking 20-40 minutes after ordering and still getting things wrong).
I won't give it 5 stars, but won't tank the score over it. All in all, I'd say places like Subway, LJS/KFC and Wendy's tend to be more reliable, but if you're just wanting to grab something for a couple bucks, Taco Bell would be my...
