The 3 star is for the Chinese lady that done my nails on 11/9/2022 I been meaning to post the young lady who greeted me at the entrance light skin who assigned my seat for a pedicure was rude she made a comment about my feet because the polish was chipped off mind you I had lost my grandson this year so I was still dealing with that not that Ihave to explain myself but my point is who's pressed about nails at a time like that in your life you never know what someone is going through keep your passing judgement to yourself because I humbled myself to not ask you to give me a moment to think because y she did not stop talking for two hours straight God knows I wanted to say take a moment to breathe 🤣 talking to much can be a bit to much give customer there moment to think is just polite you give off gossip energy not cool.other than that me and my daughter will be visiting next year for the spa I will get my nails done else where the shop is...

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE COVE! I had an appointment there for weeks, 1 hour before I received a call from Lisa saying their sauna broke and she would have to reschedule me. But the ONLY time she could reschedule was during the day, during work hours. I told her that wouldn't work and I was getting married and wanted to schedule the wrap before, she said only if I came in during the day. I HAVE A JOB! She had ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills and left me having to call Living Social for a refund since I couldn't take off work to fit HER schedule when we had to change the appointment all because of her equipment.
