The Venice Club — Attraction in Columbus

My family had an event coming up with the Venice Club but do to an outbreak of the Corona Virus with in our family and the need to quarantine to prevent the spread we had to cancel the event. I reached out to the Venice Club and spoke with Melissa and was told that I would only receive my deposit and would have to forfeit all the funds I paid for the venue even given the circumstances. I also asked if they would be able to apply any of the $850 to another service or future date once my family is better and they refused. I am not pleased with how they handled the situation at all given this was totally out of our control. We could have been careless and continued the event but we chose to protect the health and safety of our families and also their staff as well. I wouldn't recommend this place at all simply based on their lack of customer service...

I had my wedding reception there a year ago almost, it was a very nice place. The owner Iris is so nice,you get a lot hours for your money. Even though it rained on our wedding reception day we had a nice reception the owner even put bags of ice in the fridge for us.Very spacious kitchen with all you need and three restrooms for your guests use. It would be NICE if I didn’t wake up on a Saturday to someone pecking on a keyboard and screaming into a microphone!!!!!!! Do better. This isn’t the first or the last. You are in a residential area. Have some respect for the neighbors. Your renters have done this after hours late into the night/morning even. No regulations, and no care. I seen the police there...
