I’ll start from the beginning. I checked in 11/5/2020 checked out 5/27 so that would be exactly 5months in that time none of the original staff from when I first checked in still works there. I mean none not even the managers so that’s a red flag. For what the price was after staying for a month originally they give you your taxes back which equates to almost a week free I liked that so I stayed. However eventually they raised the room prices(which I had no problem with it was just random) they made me feel some sort of way for having the price I was promised when I originally moved in. Laundry was never done. Always a wait. So I would wash my own linens. Never got house keeping the entire time I stayed not Bc of refusal bt Bc I simply wasn’t offered. Even when I wasn’t on grounds room was never touched up (that’s if they had house ppl). So I cleaned my own room. I was a great guest all of the new staff would frequently remind me of so. Never really spoke to anyone kept my head low. Ignored all the flaws(constant loud noise, banging & running through halls above me & on my floor, smoke smell on a NON-SMOKING floor, dog barking & smells etc, the suspicious activities of ppl in the parking lot including motorcycles/bikes with kids around which Managment claimed to be handling but never did not to mention STAFF MEMBERS engaging in said activities seen going in & out of guests rooms all hours of the day. Management included in which they couldn’t be at the front desk would have you waiting calling the assistance line for 30-45minutes on several occasions to the point the entire lobby is packed. Smoke alarm going off between 1-5am never fails at least every to every other day. There would also be money not accounted for when the new staff came in because “their system updates slow or is behind a cycle”. Trash outside the hotel trash in the hallways that would be there for days to a week (no housekeeping). Before moving out I notified one of the GMs a short woman with short hair who I can say I’ve never had any issues with she’s always been polite & straight to the point. I let her know I was paying for my last week & would be departing on that Saturday morning 3/27 before 11am when they start the new cycle. She said alright and noted the account. 3/31 5 days after leaving i was charged $210 I call the front desk 6 times & was hung up on consecutively by Ryan Blake the Gm so I visit the property he tells me I was charged this fee because my room and I quote “had crumbs everywhere & had rotten eggs everywhere” are you serious crumbs? Lol is it not the hotels job to clean the room after departure. Are crumbs not an easy clean? To lie and say I had rotten eggs everywhere was a reach I had 2 cartons of eggs that I sat on the counter Bc I couldn’t take them with me and figured management would be coming to clean the day I notified them of leaving & would simply throw them away they were not rotten no one lives that way. It’s a reach. I have a child! Not to mention he charged a card that was NOT authorized wasn’t even the card I checked in with. Why charge me almost an entire week later it’s all BS just a scheme for extra money & to be treated this way after spending thousands of dollars & being a hassle free guest my entire stay is unacceptable. He was very rude in the end saying “well there’s nothing you can do it would not be refunded” honestly it all doesn’t make sense. If nothing was broke in the room and there were just CRUMBS that doesn’t even equate to a $210 fee especially if I’ve never received housekeeping in the 5months I was there. When asked about the pictures & video footage of check out to prove said state of the room he said he would get them then refused & said it doesn’t matter Bc it wouldn’t be refunded. God doesn’t like ugly I’m a great woman & person and it’s very disappointing that this happened especially after letting all of the things going on at this establishment slide. Don’t stay at...
Read moreThe people who work there are very nice and that’s the only good thing about this hotel. When we booked the website said feee wi-fi and a kitchen. There was a kitchen alright but nothing in it - no silverware, pots or pans or plates. I’ve stayed in a number of extended stay and suite hotels and all their kitchens are stocked. Apparently this hotel expects you to bring with you or buy things to cook and eat on. And in terms of the wi-fi it’s one device and one device only. So there were three of us and only one phone could be hooked up. And considering it’s an extended stay and people work from their hotel rooms, i wasn’t able to have my phone and my laptop hooked up to the wi-fi. To get my work done I had to connect my laptop to my hotspot on my phone.
When we arrived at 11:05 no one was at the desk because they only staff it from 7am until 11 pm. So we had to stand in the vestibule and call the main number so they could track the person down to actually let us into the hotel and check us in. When we got up to our room which was a queen bed with a pull out couch, the pull out couch wasn’t made and there were no sheets to make the bed. So we had to call the main number again and they had to connect us with the person in the hotel who had us go downstairs and get the sheets.
Speaking of sheets there was a $1.41 charge for each day as an “extra linen charge” I’m assuming because we used the pull out couch? And on top of that I asked for a third blanket - they don’t have comforters - only one blanket for the bed and one blanket for the pull out couch - and I was not allowed a third blanket because they were low on blankets they said. Also, since there is only housekeeping once a week, when you need clean towels you have to take down the dirty towels and get new ones.
So the first morning we wake up to shower and there is no shampoo or soap in the room. Thankfully i packed some. Apparently this was a mistake because when i said something they did give me shampoo and soap (no conditioner).
If you do stay there, which i don’t suggest, make sure your room does not face the highway because the windows are regular house windows. They have no soundproofing and actually open. The highway is so loud making it very difficult to sleep. So do the thin walls. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. That first morning I heard the neighbor’s alarm go off at 3:30 am, him get up and open his drawers for his clothes and go to the bathroom.
Lastly, there was a gym with free weights, two treadmills and an elliptical. I went there to work out one morning and discovered all three pieces of equipment were not working properly, if at all.
So while the staff was nice everything else was terrible and not worth the lower price paid then the...
Read moreI unfortunately had to stay here recently.Do to a house fire and when I tell you That I did not know how much worse things can get than a house that's been burnt down partially. Well, I figured it out when I came into this room. Because I had several issues. First they let me book a dirty room and did not have one available for me to stay in That was clean because apparently they apparently they didn't have housekeepers to clean them earlier in the day. I then reached over to put sanitizer in my hand from the dispenser which was completely empty Which, by the way, during my stay I noticed every single one in the hotel was completely empty. Then when I finally was able to get into a room, I didn't have any towels or wash clothes and there wasn't a stopper in the tub so I couldn't even take a bath. There was twelve inches of scum coming out of Every corner or border in the bathroom. There were toenails on my floor pills on my floor still trash all over it and you could tell that it had not been mopped. The refrigerator also was completely broken and they knew it was because it was filled with water in the freezer. And you could smell that it had not been on in a while, but they still just left it in the room and rented me. The room for $500. Not to mention While waiting for them to find me a room a guest came down to ask for towels. And he was told that he could not have none because. Their washer and dryer was broken.Which made me want to check my bed When I went into my room and I noticed that it had food marks already in it.Which means they did not change my sheets when I called down to the front desk. They pretty much confirmed that they didn't because they didn't even have sheets to give me to change my bed she said. I had to stay here for 2 weeks due to my devastating. Tragedy with no towels and washrags after paying them a $1000 plus. Also the bed frame is a cheap prison metal and the mattress left me with pain EVERY morning. The only thing I can say positive about this hotel. And I mean literally, the only thing is that they did not have bugs or at least they didn't in my room. Absolutely A waste of money do...
