PLEASE READ Before you move here please read this. I lived at 4126 Silver Springs Lane. WE HAD A HUGE MICE INFESTATION! When I mean a huge mice infestation we caught around 22 mice. IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. They were everywhere. We contacted the office and went and spoke directly to the Manager (Emily) she let me know that pest control would be out in a week and a half. SHE DIDNâT EVEN TRY TO CALL THEM AND TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL THEY VISIT OUR PROPERTY NEXT. They should have been called that day to be notified about the problem to see if they could come out any sooner. Of course they wonât call them to come out sooner because that would cost money and trilogy is too cheap to do anything for their residents. So letâs skip forward almost a month into having mice issues and pest control coming out multiple times we still had the issue and it was NOT going away. During this time we were contacting higher up because Emily was no help and VERY disrespectful, we contacted Jessica Moore (Property Manager) and she is AWFUL. I talked to her on the phone and she only gave me two options and that was to buy myself out of my lease which was around 3,000 to do or pay another deposit on a place which would have been $600 to do even though this mouse problem was NOT MY FAULT. I kindly asked her to let me out of my lease consider everything I have gone through, catching 22 mice, having a bloody mouse running around my house, being sick from the mice pooping and peeing in my silverware drawer, in my pots and pans, on my counters, under my sink, in my dogs water and food bowls, IN MY OVEN (I couldnât even cook because I would be heating up poop and pee and it would smell AWFUL), in my laundry room, in my living room, I HAVE TO BUY ALL NEW FURNITURE BECAUSE OF THEM NESTING IN OUR THINGS! THERE WERE SO MANY. I have plenty of videos and pictures of how horrifying it was. I was getting extremely sick, missing work and school to try and fix a problem that I could not fix on my own that I didnât even cause. I wasnât given any traps and had to buy all of my own. Maintenance came in multiple times and NEVER fixed any of the holes that needed sealed up. They were nesting behind my sink in the open counter space. They were coming in from behind my washer and dryer and I explained that to them and they didnât even seal it up. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN MY LIFE.
My hot water tank broke which caused my electric bill to be $500 for a 1 bed 1 bath 750 square feet....... I work 2 jobs and in school 56 hours a week. There was no way for it to be that high and Emily said that EVERYONES bills were that high..... SHE THOUGHT I WAS MAKING IT UP THAT MY HOT WATER TANK WAS BROKEN. Sheâs a liar of course because I called AEP and they told me that they saw that it was my hot water tank using up all the electric. Emily then told me that they lied to me and have scammed multiple people. They never take responsibility for anything. Itâs like working with 3 year olds. Nothing is ever their issue when they are supposed to help their residents. Trashiest set of people I have ever met. Trilogy is a awful group to rent from.
My car window got completely smashed in and I went and told Emily about it and she said I was the only person whoâs car got broken into. Which again was a LIE. We talked to our other neighbor and their car got broken into as well. I CLEANED UP THE GLASS FROM THE PARKING LOT. I DIDNT GET ALL OF IT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IT NEVER HAPPENED SO I WENT OUT AND DID IT A WEEK LATER SO IT DIDNT GET INTO ANYONES SHOES OR IN THEIR TIRES. Talk about worthless right.
My apartment had mold growing in the baseboards, and through the walls, my windows would get ice on them and it would melt and make my carpet soaking wet because the place wasnât insulated well at all. My baseboards were rotting from the inside out. THE CARPET ISNT LAYED CORRECTLY ANYWHERE. YOU WONT GET ANY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. DO NOT RENT FROM TRILOGY. YOU HAVE...

Honestly, I do not know where to begin with this place. As stated in a number of other reviews, the Bradford at Easton constantly changes management. When I initially moved in, they had temporary workers from out of state go over the lease terms with me. During the last half of my year lease, I frequently dealt with the property manager (Christina) and assistant property manager (Jessica), which were often less than pleasant experiences.
The Bradford at Easton cares much more about your money than making your stay an enjoyable experience. Management is extremely conniving. There were countless times when erroneous charges appeared on my monthly statements, even after management ensured they would not. It seemed like their goal was to charge tenants as much as possible to see what they could get away with. Management also made it extremely difficult for me when I decided to move out.
The maintenance-emergency service was also atrocious at The Bradford at Easton. I recall a time when my air conditioner would not work around the beginning of summer on a Friday when it was extremely hot outside. I contacted the emergency line because it was 84 degrees in my apartment on the second floor. The maintenance person who came out did not even have the proper tools to fix the problem, and said I had to wait until Monday! He also indicated, and Christina, the property manager, confirmed, that it was not a maintenance-emergency because the temperature in my apartment did not reach 85 degrees. Thank God I did not have any small children!
The quality of management at the Bradford at Easton was very poor. They were never on the same page with one another and were extremely inconsistent in their decision making. For example, when I moved out, I was told charges would be included up to one date for my last month of rent by Christina, but Jessica told me a completely different date. Again, it appeared as if the goal was to charge as much as possible to see what they could get away with if nothing was said.
Finally, The Bradford at Easton will likely make your move out experience extremely expensive. They expect a 60 day notice, even if you are in month-to-month status with no lease. That means you are financially responsible for the notice days even if you need to move out earlier. They will also likely attempt to stack on as many replacement charges as possible, which enables them to keep your security deposit and add additional out-of-pocket charges. Once again, this place loves to get their hands on your hard earned money! I'll leave you with this example...
I decided to paint an accent wall at my apartment (which was permitted). During the first exit-inspection at my apartment, the assistant property manager, Jessica, informed me that the wall did not contain enough primer. She suggested having the complex's painter do it for about $50. I laughed (it was a very small wall) and said I would put a second coat on myself for $10 (which I completed that night). I then asked specifically if there were any other issues in the apartment, and she said no. However, when the property manager, Christina, viewed the wall after I completed it, she said the wall was fine, but stated there was a pet odor (not mentioned at all by Jessica to me during the initial inspection). I informed her I did not own an animal. I also informed her the apartment did not smell at all when I left because I cleaned it from top to bottom. She proceeded to pull the carpet up (when I was not present, of course), sent me a number of carpet stained photos, and then made it virtually impossible to see the carpet in person due to my work schedule. I also requested verification of the date in which the carpet was installed because Christina stated that it was brand new, but I never received the install verification. Instead, I received an invoice for new carpet a few days later from the Bradford at Easton for $500+! They additionally kept my security...

Edit 4: Morgan Properties is making positive structural changes, like replacing smoke detectors and busted outdoor lights, as well as repaving the development's pothole-riddled drives. I'm increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars, with the possibility of going higher.
I moved in with my sister in January 2022.
The apartment stinks of cigarettes, but we make the best of it, plugging in multiple Wallflower fresheners. You can still smell the smoke through the aroma. The vent filter was putrid upon move-in, so I had to buy replacements.
The lights outside the apartment are busted. Like busted open. The switches on the bedroom walls are pointless because there's no ceiling fan or overhead light to be turned on.
A week after moving in, a gun was under my driver's tire? I couldn't tell if it was real or fake, but it was lacking an orange nozzle. I alerted management right away. I deleted the picture, I'm sorry.
The worst problem is all is the gnats. They are everywhere. They don't go away. They pester me at my computer, when I'm reading in the living room, and even when I'm sleeping. They get into the freezer, refrigerator, and microwave, stupidly dying. I've installed eight electric traps around the apartment, which conglomerate their vile, little corpses, yet they agitate us still. My sister's room has spiders and ladybugs as additional unwanted guests. Update: this was resolved in late 2023 after my neighbor was evicted. They were trash hoarding??
It's so awful that I don't wish to stay here another year. The location is really wonderful, and only twenty minutes from my parents, but I can't stand these downsides. We have the place nicely furnished, and I spent quite a bit of money on things to complete my bedroom, but I don't feel comfortable inviting anyone over besides my parents because of the gnats.
Taking down to one star. I woke up this morning to use the bathroom, and my toilet was overflowing with mystery foam. Checked my sister's bathroom, and it wasn't as bad but also had foam inside. Ugh, I hate this.
Edit: Big sarcastic thanks to the thieves who stole my insulin off my porch. I'm a type-1 diabetic, got this disease genetically, and need insulin in order to live. I've been through one thing after the other trying to get it replaced, crying, ill, having gone without it for a week after my supply ran out. I don't feel safe having my medications delivered here. I have nothing but contempt for the thieves who did this and wish them unseemly and untimely deaths.
Edit 2: So there was a SWAT raid in the apartment directly above mine and management just...wasn't going to say anything afterward. I had to contact THEM (attached below). They never sent out a notice to the community, either. Idk if it was police orders or what. I listened to the cops shout to get access, break down the door, and rummage for evidence. My cat was watching them swarm with guns around my porch. The windows in the targeted apartment were all busted out once they left.
Edit 3: Was renewing the lease. Management has no computer literacy. They told my dad to reply to a no-reply email address (i.e.; nobody is monitoring its inbox) about whether we wanted to renew. He did so. Fast forward to 2025, and they're trying to charge us a bunch for month-to-month rent because they didn't get the reply. They're telling us to check for emails, but they've made a grave mistake playing this game with me because my profession is IT Support's IT Support. They can't answer any of the logical questions about how a no-reply email is supposed to trigger the generation of a lease from another system because that doesn't happen. Anyways, got cheaper rent out...
