Razberry's Yogurt — Attraction in Commerce Charter Township

Edited: Since you chose to edit your response five days ago, I felt it was only fair to provide some clarification as well. Everything I mentioned in my review did, in fact, occur. As someone whose husband works in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, and I would never leave a negative review without cause.

As noted in my original review, we have been loyal customers of this establishment for many years. If you take time to read other reviews, you may notice a recurring theme regarding certain issues. I also want to address the fact that you looked into my family. If you took the time to find out that my husband works in hospitality, perhaps you could also take the opportunity to observe how he engages with his customers. His approach might offer insight into how to handle feedback more constructively.

My review was not written to be disrespectful or malicious. It was based on facts and intended to offer helpful insight for improvement.

We have been coming here for years and truly enjoyed our experience with the previous owner. Since new ownership has occurred, every visit has been unpleasant. The older woman is extremely rude, always looks miserable and annoyed of paying customers. A little bit of a smile and friendliness would really help. I brought in several new families for a visit and not one enjoyed their experience and felt like she was extremely rude and hostile. Grabbing ice cream with kids on their last day of school should be a fun experience. Really sad when 8 year old kids can recognize the nasty behavior that was displayed. I am all for supporting small local business owners but after this experience, we will support others. I am not looking for a nasty, smart response back. They don’t accept service dogs I almost pulled my camera out and filed a lawsuit and closed this place down very rude and uneducated and should be held accountable

First of all it never even got that far for her to even ask if it was a service dog she refused instantly to let the dog in she had no idea what a serivce dog was second of all you have no idea what your talking bout even the customers that were inside at the time being said something to your employee regard it being against the law for her to refuse the dog , stop thinking you know what your talking bout when clearly you weren’t there and accept the fact your worker had no knowledge of what a service animal is.

And yes I did threaten to sue because your employee didn’t even know what a service dog was how dare you to hire anyone who doesn’t know what service dog is and not to mention I did leave a one star review at long orchard for as well not accepting a service dog your lying no one ever said anything bout the dog anything outside of a service dog so stop lying and now I see why ur bussiness is so slow look at how offense the owner gets when her worker doesn’t even know what a service dog is

Your business must really be slow because all the flavors are horrible and I wish you would contact local authority so I could serve you the next day for refusing to let a service dog in your establishment , you should take the time instead of being offensive and fighting back with customers to educate your employees bout service animals and by law you have to let them in.

Harassment of/Interference with Service Dogs Violation is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.

Old white woman thats always working (assuming the owner) is definitely the definition of Karen and hates her life and her job. Hostile and unwelcoming environment. Go read other google reviews, everyone says the same and she responds to them so rude. Every time you go in she stares you down the entire time you're putting your yogurt and toppings like you're gonna steal the $2 yogurt or something. Definitely a racist!! Did not stare the white teenager after me down at all, but definitely only stared me down, due to me not being white. Makes you stand there to wait and check out while shes in the back or stocking toppings when its extremely slow. Doesn't even acknowledge my existence and walks over after me standing there for aprox. 7 entire minutes while she ignored me and doesn't say one word to me like "i'll be right with you" or "I apologize", nothing. Stares me down in silence as she grabs my card as I check out and had the audacity to ASK FOR A TIP. Absolutely not. Clicked "no tip" and she says "no tip? okaaayyy.." On top of that, this place is dirty, doesn't offer yogurt tasters to see what flavor you'd like, toppings were all half empty and had other toppings mixed into others, and the toppings tasted extremely hard and old, disgusting after taste, and I feel very sick.
