
Upon arrival we asked what attractions my kids could ride on . I pointed directly to the bumper cars and told that it was included . I bought the most expensive pass so the kids could do Virtual Reality and Laser Tag. ( TIP : Do not buy that, neither activity runs all day or is even worth it). We figured these activities were shut down because the place was absolutely empty. Once we took off our shoes a HUGE field trip came in. I was excited because i assumed this meant they would be forced to open all the attractions. Once we asked, I found out that the bumper cars were "Not working for the day" and the Virtual Reality " would be open soon" . What did I pay 38 dollars a kid for ? The staff seemed very stressed about the big field trip. My kids waited in short lines, to then be denied entry to an activity because that staff member "had to go help the field trip". We waited in line for 15 minutes on the Rock wall. Two little girls . No one said a word to us like , " hey go try something else we need to take a break" They let the girls sit there and wait until I asked why they were not being let in. The staff member said ' oh I have to untangle all the harnesses and then I have to go help the field trip so this is shut down". This happened consistently through out our day at Urban Air. I didn't see a single adult ANYWHERE. Who runs this place? When I complained about the activities that we had paid for that weren't running, I was told that they would open the VR soon. I complained again later in the day and a staff member opened it for the kids to play. One of the kids sat on the wall of the Go Kart racing stuck. I finally said to a staff member "are you going to help her off the wall? Does she sit there the rest of the time?" The staff member seemed confused.
I will say the park itself is cool. Theres a lot to do for kids UNDER 52". If you're taller, do not go . Theres almost nothing you can play on . This park is for SMALL children like 8 years old and under. The staff is untrained, unmotivated and unwilling to offer anything to paying customers when the attractions dont work. Ive barely complained at Sky Zone across the street and they gave me a free pass for my trouble. At Urban Air they just looked at me like I was an alien. I'm only giving this review 3 stars instead of 0 for two reasons. The kids did like the park, especially the Zip line. They loved that. Very disappointed had our 9 yr old grand daughters party here yesterday and had a vip suite booked when the party started the hostess was lost didn’t really help out. We ordered more what’re then what cam with the package knowing kids would be running around needing something to drank we had to ask the hostess after 45 mins after the party started to bring the water because we notice parents having to buy kids water. Was told food would be out at 3 which was a hr after the party started great give kids time to play a little nope come 3 we got all the kids back to the room but no food or host 20 mins later the host comes back says sorry waiting on the chicken tenders pizza has been done for 20 mins want us to bring that. 10 mins later she comes back with the pizza it’s now 330 before any food comes out remind you they tell us they have another party starting at 4 so we have to make sure we are out in time for them to get the room clean and setup for that party. 345 comes around finally the rest of the food comes out plus still need to the cake. We had 30 mins to feed all the kids adults well 30 mins for half the food 15 mins for the other half of the food and still do cake and get room cleaned . At the end was told to go up front that the host and manager would meet us up there. 20 mins later finally manager comes up he can’t be more then 16 = 17 yrs old ask how things went explain to him about food being 30-45 mins late having to rush feeding kids and rush the cake and his response was ya sorry we know the food is running behind nothing we can do about it was like ok things happen but what kinda of discount can we do he looks at us says sorry we don’t have a discount code for food being late nothing we can do will give her a free pass to come back to play for another day. We got the platinum package which included another pass back. So after paying $758 he ask how much of a tip do u wanna leave for the host. Would not recommend this place for a birthday party spend $800 don’t get the service you are told and when they are late for everything they just say sorry we can’t do anything about it might wanna start with hiring at least 1 adult to be in charge very disappointed not worth near the $800 it cost. Got 1star only because the kids had fun playing but that was it.

Read moreWe were there today from 6-7:40, we had about 7 girls and 5 boys all ages from 4-9 years old, we went thru this horrible experience, our girls were playing and 3 teenagers approached them and started cussing at them and started recording them in there phone, and harassing them, when one of the girls went to call her brother to stay with them so 4 of our boys went to see what’s going on with the girls, and they told them what happened and those teenagers as soon as they saw the boys approaching them they started hitting them and cussing them and calling them all kind of awful words, those teenagers started the fight with our boys and one got hurt in the head another one started bleeding, when the kids came and told me I went to see where the manager is assuming the manager is going to put the boys on time out or something kick them out for the day, but guess what the manager did and I have witnesses that saw me arguing and said this is the first time and good luck they will ignore you and not listen to you, and just like other moms said the manager came to me and started blaming me for first not telling him when it first started well I just told you what are you going to do about it, of course nothing , while I am talking to the manager those teenagers goes back again to the girls and starts talking to them and try to record them, so I went right after them to try to see if they have anybody with them that can control there disrespectful and disgusting words they were saying to our girls and I couldn’t find anybody and kept running around without none of the employees telling them to stop or anything, last but not least this place is running under kids management the worst, I don’t recommended to anybody and if you go there make sure you are watching your kids, this place is not safe for our kids, and the tricky part about it is they put you under commitment for 12 month you can’t cancel your membership, I will work with my credit card company to make sure I cancel this membership a place that’s not safe to my kids I will never recommend it to no one, it need better management, and that’s just one thing that I mentioned there a lot more things that I have seen that really makes me find other places where my Bussiness is appreciate it and my kids are safe and management that cares for my kids and...
