It's amazing on how many levels they can let you down. A simple order like a frozen Coke and two Whopper Juniors with no tomatoes and heavy all. First they charged me the wrong amount because they forgot that it was two for $5 for the Whopper juniors. And when I got home I found out that the frozen Coke had almost no taste to it at all. And the Whopper Juniors both had tomatoes on them and no heavy all. I'm trying to figure out how they could have messed up any worse. I suppose if I ordered more food from them, then they would have found a way to screw that up. I also gave them cash at the window and got no receipt. There is a little sticker on my bag that says what I ordered. But no price on it or anything like that. The sticker does have small frozen Coke and two Whopper juniors extra all minus tomato. They got the sticker part right except for the fact that I ordered a medium frozen Coke and they charged me for a medium frozen Coke. The meat on the Whopper juniors is ice cold. I was home 5 minutes opening them up after I got them. Really pitiful. They need to get their act together. It's going to be a long time till I try this place out again. I would imagine the owner would be hoping that the staff would care more about getting the order right. An update about a month later. I went there again because it’s close and I decided to give them another try. Ordered an original chicken sandwich. Almost 6 dollars. Just pulled out of the drive-through. It’s cold and undercooked. Read moreThe person who helped me at the window was very rude and this was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a drive thru. I had a coupon for a meal I was using. Didn’t have the paper copy with me, just a pic of it on my phone. He wouldn’t honor it, said he needed the physical paper copy. I get it, they have to follow company policy so nothing wrong there, I wasn’t really upset about that. He took my card as he was saying that and said he had to charge the full amount (which he didn’t say what it was even). I asked if he can honor the coupon and said “nope too bad, sorry nothing I can do” in a very dismissive tone. I told him I’ll just cancel the order then if they can’t honor the coupon , but he still charged me. I asked if I can have my card back and he said after he runs it again for a refund. As I asked why he charged me to begin with he just shut the window on me and then gave me the card back a minute later. I then asked for a receipt to make sure he did the refund, and he closed the window on me again. I waived to get his attention lol and he opened it and I asked nicely for a receipt which he did give me. Maybe they should train the employees a bit better, there’s a nicer way to treat customers. I totally get it, you have to follow protocol and you should! But speak nicely to customers and explain things vs shut the window in their face as they’re talking to you still.
