I would give zero stars if I could you gave me a 650 cash price with tweeters and so cerwin Vega's low mids for bass. 2022 Honda Accord paid on more than half when he got here the first day after he rescheduled once told him you can leave my car pot if you would come back in a few days as long as it wasn't two weeks canceled on me two times came back day before 2 weeks to finish the job up charge me $140 for Twitter's which in the first text and the first conversation it was force because with a four channel amp and tweeters so it went from 650 to 940 cash when I for $900 with tweeters as I explained to him so he finished my car when it was done I hooked up my phone to it it didn't sound too good at the beginning but he told me I needed to adjust the radio to my sound it wasn't that it was the amp wasn't tuned The radio was streaming in my ears I didn't notice for a week but after a week I tried playing my radio the a.m. was disconnected the FM was disconnected I had no radio at all this is a brand new 2022 Honda Accord. Not only that might cost out of making funny noises I guess this guy don't work on newer cars because I have a sound cancellation system that cancels out the sound from the outside so you don't hear a lot of sound he either blew a disconnected them because my car was at Honda right now been there for a week I have to pay over $600 to have it fixed to get that noise to stop he has no idea what he's doing with new cars stick to older cars buddy and on top of that I read a couple of your reviews that said that you take people's money and run you haven't answered me back I texted you over 15 times I complained to the better Business bureau I would not use this guy definitely do not use this guy he is a scam artist he is a ripoff artist as soon as you pay him he will take your money and run he tells you he will give you a warranty he does not answer you back I am complaining into better Business bureau Yelp everybody I am taking him to small claims court I treated him fear because I own a small business I overpaid him with the $940 even after you offer the $40 discount because I believe in if you agree upon something you should hold up you're under the bargain because I own a company so I did and this is what I get like I'm a sucker I get played like a sucker and get no respect from him and no call back or anything. I understand it's more of those convenient but it's not worth it when you have somebody that does not know what they're doing he had his wife working on the car with him who knows if she is experienced she could be but didn't sound it not saying she isn't just saying not sure if he is he looked like he knew what he was doing but when I approached him he was working on a 1996 Honda not a 2022 Honda with noise cancellation in it so maybe 2000 and under he might be good at but he still he's junk because he doesn't honor his work and he takes off with people's money and doesn't do the job for weeks later do not use this guy do not use him beware this guy is a fraud he's a scam artist He's a joke. Got service here several years ago and If you’re dying to set your money on fire and waste your time on a clown show disguised as an audio service, this is exactly where you should go.

Let me be crystal clear — this was hands down the most unprofessional, overpriced, and flat-out incompetent experience I’ve ever had with any so-called “audio expert.” The guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. He installed my subwoofer system like he learned it off a 30-second YouTube short… blindfolded.

The sound? Absolute trash. Muffled, distorted, weak bass — the kind of setup that makes you embarrassed to turn your music up. Not only was it not what I asked for, it honestly felt like he went out of his way to ignore every single detail I gave him. I wasn’t being picky — I just expected the basic job I paid for. Spoiler alert: I didn’t even get that.

But wait — it gets worse. I had to call him back multiple times because things weren’t even hooked up correctly. Not minor tweaks — I’m talking full-on, “this isn’t even functioning” level mistakes. And every time he came back, it was like he was guessing. Just throwing wires and hoping for the best. It was giving “I lied on my résumé” energy.

Bottom line? Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the burning desire to scream into the void. Go literally anywhere else. Unless, of course, you want to spend a fortune just to end up booking someone else to fix this mess. In that case — be my guest.

Erik is the real deal. He installed my radio and when the unit itself turned out to be faulty, he didn’t hesitate… he replaced it immediately and even came right to my house to do the work. That kind of service is rare. His prices are more than reasonable, his expertise is solid, and his customer service is top-notch.

What really stood out though was who he is as a person. Even while going through personal losses, Erik was still attentive, caring, and thoughtful. He showed up with kindness and professionalism when he had every reason to pull back. I was grateful to be able to offer him some flexibility around installation timing, and even more grateful for the reciprocity of his thoughtfulness and support in return.

If you’re looking for someone who knows his craft, stands by his work, and treats people with genuine care, Erik is it. I highly recommend him and will absolutely call him again...
