Best Western Concord Inn & Suites — Hotel in Concord

Well I been going on business for many years I've seen it be a crap hole rude employee Jen and Leon last when the owners were gone took over they were rude nasty but the kitch breakfast WAS GREAT HELPFUL KIND SMILES ALWAYS KEPT IT FLOWING DEB ALWAYS KEPT OUR ROOM CLEAN AMANDA MAX OTHERS WERE CARING KIND THEY WORK HARD WHILE OWNERS LOL LEON AKA WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN WERE THEY PUT AAN IN CHARGE WITH CHILDREN LEON BOFF LOOK HIM UP I ONLU HAD BEEN TOLD RECENTLY TO WATCH OUT FOR MY GRANDKIDS HOW DARE YOU HAVE A GENERAL MANAGER WITH HIS CRIME THEN THE SWEARS AND SCREAMING FROM HIS WIFE TO PEOPLE WHOM DONT SPEAK ENGLISH BREAKFAST IS CRAP I DIDN'T GET TO EAT BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT HANDLE GETTING AND KEEPING STOCKED ALL TGE YEARS AND YOU GET RID OF YOUR BEST WORKERS AMANDA SHOULD BE IN CHARGE BECAUSE GOD FORBID YOU BOTHER THE SICK LEON WHILE SITTING IN THE OFFICE HE MAKES IT KNOWN HE IS ANNOYRD I OWN A COMPANY AND TO KEEP PEOPLE YOU TREAT THEM AS SUCH THE OWNERS LOOK LIKE A JOKE WHEN LEON MAKES THE PRICES AND SAYS WHAT TOO DO I FOR SEE BEST WESTERN GOING DOWN ALL U HAVE LEFT IS AMANDA YES MAX AND DEB BUT THEY WILL BE FIRED LIKE THE KITCHEN HELP WAS WHAT A DUMB MISTAKE WHEN I GET A HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST WITH YOUR HIGH PRICES ID LIKE TO EAT BE LISTEN TOO NOW THATS GONE DEB BUST HER BUTT FOR NOTHING ITS DIRTY NOW UNPLEASANT AND WORSE I WILL NOT ALLOW ANY OF MY KIDS AROUND HIS WIFE WO IS CRAZY AND A MAN WHO COMMITED SUCH A CRIME I HAVE TGE RIGHT TO WARN OTHER GUESTS THEY HAVE KIDS I PAID FOR HIS RECORDS DID TGE OWNERS AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO SEE HIS CHARGE AND TGE PRICES FOR THAT DIRTY UNLESS DEB DOES IT ALL JEN SUX BUT HER HUSBAND IS TGE BOSS I WILL NEVER BRING MY CREW THERE AGAIN I PAID 1000S TO HAVEY BUSINESS THERE AND MY AFFILIATES WILL NO LONGER USE THAT HOTEL OR ANY OWNED SUNNY WAS RUDE AS WELL DO YOURSELF A FACOR PAY AND KEEP THE PEOPLE THAT MADE A DIFFERENCE AND GET RID OF TGE ONES WHO SHUT YOU DOWN LIKE THAT LAZY JEN RUDE CRAZY MEAN PERSON SHECHAS MADE IT WORSECAND THAT GM WHO IS RUDE SHORT NO HI NO WELCOME FEELING NO NOTHING AND KIDS SHOULD NOT NE GOING THERE AMANDA IS SWEET CARING WELCOMING AND HER AND THAT KITCHEN GIRL KNEW HOW TO START OFF YOUR DAY WITH A SMILE DO NOT STAY HERE TGE $ IS NOT WIRTH THE DRUG ACTIVITIES THEY ALLOW TGE BREAK INS AND ABOVE MOST THAT GM LEON AND HIS WIFE YOU WOULD THINK IF LEON SO SMART HED GROUP KIDS IN AREA ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR OR A WAY FROM PEOPLE TGEREVWHO WAKE UP AT 4AM TO WORK I GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE 1'SGIT HOLE AND NOW...

This place is not a bad place overall. I'm biased though. About three months ago I was staying there with my girlfriend and we were going to be staying for 2 weeks so I had alot of my things. Included in my things was my tattoo equipment. Well as I was pushing this huge cart through the second set of automatic doors, the wheels had caught this little lip of the door casing and a bunch of my things fell to the ground. The best part was that there were two gung-ho police officers who were responding to another call (just in time to deal with a respectful, educated, upstanding, delinquent like myself 😂) Anyways, to speed the story up a little, I dropped a bin of my tattoo equipment and out came a hundred or so yellow ink caps that I ordered off Amazon (for...ummm, tattooing grapefruit, watermelon, and other things of the sort ONLY! For I am not a licensed tattoo artist and can not legally tattoo any human skin) Well as you can assume the officers had a field day questioning me about these caps like they were really syringe caps just spilling out of a clear plastic bin. Not that that's not a possibility for some but then I showed them my arms just to drill it home that I'm not a needle user and just the thought makes me cringe. But they didn't care they wanted to catch rec off me that night and the best part was the overnight worker decided he wanted to be a "crime fighter" with no crime being committed and gave me a No Trespass for needle caps!!! Needless to say that was a long few days of having to sneak in and out of a hotel room in my girlfriend's name(Thank God for Covid-19.. Well, you know what I mean haha) So being biased towards the place for an injustice I can't allow myself to give more than three stars. It all comes down to being judgemental so they should only get one or two stars. I'll be nice today cause....I just shot some of the grapefruit and watermelon juice and I feel grrreat!...

My friend and I stayed here in mid April, 2015. I always stay away from the scrambled eggs at Best Western because they're powdered and do not taste good. The first room we were in had a TV that did not have all the channels programmed in, so we had to move across the hall. The maintenance man was super nice and, although it was really hard to understand his accent, he was more than willing to help us move our things and it only took a couple of minutes to do that. We also received a discount for the trouble so I appreciated that. The room was great because it had a mini kitchenette - small sink, coffee/tea maker, mini frig & microwave in it. That was really helpful. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. The elevator was also a plus. The beds were comfortable & the room temperature was easy to regulate. The motel is close to the highway, shopping & restaurants. I guess the two things that bothered me, and the reason for the average rating was because when I checked out, I made a point of telling the front desk man that the shower temperature really needed constant adjusting because it would go from hot (almost scalding) to really cool (almost cold) the entire time I showered. I told him I thought it was important to write it down but his response was just to make a joke of it. I didn't appreciate that at all. And the staff, except the maintenance man and the woman who moved us across the hall, could have been more friendly. Other than those two issues, it was...
