I ordered a 12 piece tender meal online the evening before I was to pick it up the next day... the time I wanted was 11:30 AM... everything went through and I got a confirmation that my order was received and will be ready for 11:30 the following day...the next day I received another email saying my order will be ready for 11:30...I got there at 11:25 and didn't see my order in the pickup case... after a few minutes I asked the woman that was working behind the counter about my order and she said she didn't have any order for me...(I could tell she didn't want to be there) She was very rude and acted like she didn't care...i showed her all of the confirmations I received... she eventually called her manager he came out about 10 minutes later and I showed him the confirmations and he looked into it on the register at the counter and just walked away without saying a word... another period of time went by and the rude woman asked me if her manager was taking care of it and I told her i don't know he never said anything to me and just walked away... I wanted to leave so bad but I already paid for it online... about 25 minutes has passed and the rude woman said here's your order and left it on the counter and walked away...no apologies or anything...unbelievable customer service... Was here again today. 08/27/2025 walk in for a mobile order it’s obvious the store is short handed WHICH IS FINE. The lady cashier acknowledged the first two customer. One was dine in and the other person was there for DoorDash.
So I waited for another 5 mins before I said that I’m here for a mobile pick up. Her response was obviously you’re here for a mobile pick up. With that smirk and looking back at the only lady in the kitchen in red shirt.
I confronted her asking what was that all attitude about, it was a simple inform that I AM HERE FOR A MOBILE PICK UP. You didn’t bother to ask who is it for but had to show that nasty attitude. Yes it was NASTY.
Then she went oh i wasn’t giving you an attitude. I’m sorry if you do. That sarcasm in her voice.
This location KfC food is good. No doubt. Even though my chicken was missing the last time 😂.

Read moreStay far away from this place! Tried it about a month ago and the food was awful. Chicken was bone dry and the sides seemed like they were sitting around for days. Went again just today and placed an online order at 6pm. Said it would be ready for 6:09 and it wasn’t until 6:45 when we got our order. Was joking with the other customers there about how bad it was. One person placed an order at 5pm and didn’t leave until 6:30 with their order. One worker behind the counter was wearing gloves preparing orders and constantly pushing the garbage can away. Another worker kept pulling up their pants while checking their phone and putting lip balm on instead of actually working. Who manages this place? Are these workers the same people who hold signs on Hall st asking for money? Close this place down. It’s a dump. There is no management obviously. Blind leading the blind. Just a joke. Well let’s start with what these people are making for wages. Your place is so expensive and these kids make nothing, so you get what you pay out.
