Terrible lunch experience. I don't expect much from fast food except fast and convenient. My experience was neither. When we got to the order window I tried to place our orders. The person working the drive up window couldn't speak English. I don't mean an accent...that would be fine. I mean I couldn't get basic instructions communicated. Definitely not the best choice for working a drive up window during a busy lunch time. I tried to order a #1, large. First I got told NO. Several other things came out, I couldn't understand what, then finally managed to understand NO LARGE. Several more tries I gave up and accepted what was showing on the screen because I didn't want to keep trying. Then I tried to place my wife's order. More of the same. The person couldn't understand the order at all.
Finally someone else came on who could speak English. He tried to confirm what was already there, and I told him no, it was all wrong. We had to start over. Then we asked for two burger patties for our dogs. We have done this at many fast food restaurants without a problem. Two patties, just wrap them in paper and we are happy. Not this time. We were told no patties because they didn't have a "container" for them. But they had "containers" for our other burgers? I tried again with the same result. I finally told him to cancel the order, we would go to McDonald's.
Now for the next problem. SLOOOOW. We had already waited several minutes to get to the window, and several more minutes to attempt to order (unsuccessfully). Now we had no way out of the narrow drive-through line. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for the THREE vehicles in front of us to be served at the window before we could get out of there and drive to McDonald's. That is a total of over 30 minutes to get through the drive-through. We managed to order...easily and accurately, pick up our food, and park in a space in under 4 minutes at McDonald's. Including the two burger patties for our dogs.

Read moreIf you want to wait OVER 30 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU for your food to be WRONG, this place is for you!!! They are ALWAYS understaffed and their workers are overworked and under paid!! Which according news outlets, seems to be a company wide problem!! Last few times I've to this location I have waited in a drive thru that you can't just leave, you are literally trapped there. Anything over 15 minutes even during lunch or dinner rush is too long and this location that's the MINIMUM Wait time!! Last year I ordered through the mobile app, drove there and they were closed!! Another time I ordered through the app has my daughter pick up the food only for them to tell her they were out of items and replaced them with NOTHING I asked for PLUS they forgot sandwiches. Customer service only refunded the sandwiches they forgot but not the food I didn't want or eat!! If I go in the morning 9 out of 10 times they don't have biscuits. I got at this location at 12:04pm there were about 5 cars ahead of me (should have been my sign to go elsewhere) I decided to order through the app which was 20 minutes later 12:24pm and I was still stuck in drive thru. I did not get my food until 12:59pm!!!!! Almost an entire hour and then the 4 sandwiches I got were all wrong. I contacted customer service who gave their typical Wordy, apologetic rhetoric and they offered me a $5 coupon on my next visit. As if I'll EVER GO TO BURGER KING AGAIN!!!
