Most of the trails had too much tall brush and water to get thru and it's impossible to tell where the Mound actually is...definitely disappointed with the upkeep of these insanely important ancient sites. We did find most of the path next to the creek walkable as well as the abandoned paved Bridge road. Very easy access to the creek for walking or kayaking. 1 port a potty and 2 good sized parking areas as well as pup friendly. Does anyone know anything about...

Read moreThis place is really fun. The trail loops from the one parking lot to the other and is the perfect little wooded trail. Probably a touch less then a mile and goes along the creek and then into the woods. Also walking in the creek is great. It's shallow for most of it and perfect for catching crayfish and critters.
