Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Conneaut

Waited for two weeks to submit this review. Never have I been so disappointed/angry at a business. We placed an order online for delivery. Gave my credit card for multiple pizzas and received confirmation, email and text. Ordering hours in advance as I would not be there to receive the pizzas. Tracking claimed my order was in process, then in the oven. But it wasn't! I received a call from the manager NINE minutes after the scheduled delivery time saying my order couldn't be delivered. Really annoying but okay I would just pick them up and drop off myself. When I requested she just hold them and for pickup she then informed me she hadn't made them and cancelled my order. What? This should have been related when the "your order is being processed" message came. Never, ever will I deal with them...

I wish they had a ZERO ordered what we get every week, and Wow was I surprised to have a double the price charge, went inside from drive thru and to speak to a manager, she informed she was too busy to deal with this right now. I asked for her named and she refused to give it to me so I could call her back later to discuss my credit. She was very rude, and walked away. They clearly need to address her attitude with customer’s. She said she would correct it later, ok how are you going to credit my account without my card? My concern is how many other’s has then happened to? If I was propierter she would be fired immediately. Waited in the parking lot for over an hour while I watched people who were in line behind me receive their food. I had already paid, and nobody would come to the door or the window so I could see how long it was going to take or to even just get a refund. After FINALLY getting my food, it was burnt and also missing one of the pizzas that I ordered. When told I would have to wait longer for my missing pizza I just left. I'm sure its an under-staffing issue, but at the same time it was quite ridiculous. I won't be going back there. I'll take my money somewhere it...
