At almost a year and with us having to threaten a lawsuit in small claims court we got paid our full amount. I can guarantee these horrible people would NOT have paid us had we not been relentless. No apology. Not a final word. ZERO COMMUNICATION from the losers either.

SAVE yourself the TROUBLE and don’t engage. Just don’t.

Here we are at 6 months after these people took our items and assured us in a couple of weeks, we would have sales and payments. They made several payments and we even asked them to define a payment schedule as they are struggling.

Then I had to text starting from week ONE. This is pitiful. Don’t even bother to engage. You won’t get your money.

This is more like theft.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Save yourself the trouble! Don’t do business with these dishonest people!

If I could give this company a ZERO star review, I would. They are liars and thieves. They present well until they haul off your belongings and then ghost you! Four months ago, they took our belongings. They sent us an assessment list. It was missing a couple of items, hit nothing to be upset about. They left a couple of things behind like a speaker for a nice surround sound system. They also left a few pieces of a marble chess set. We tired over and over to contact them via email, phone, and text. GHOSTED. We then realized at some point how long it has been and inquired about payment for our items. We finally received a reply that admitted they had NOT paid us. They gave us a balance owed and promised Zelle money transfer last week and this week for the balance. Guess what?? Ghosted AGAIN. Perhaps a call to the police in Conroe for robbery will wake them up. I warn you to NEVER use this business. What. Shady operation. I promise you that we will receive payment. If I have to get the police involved and sue them in small claims...

I really hate to do this, but I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company that I feel obligated to leave a negative review. I am still, since my "stuff" was collected on September 9, trying to find out what happened to all my things. The first problem was when they picked up my items, which they did a day later than scheduled, and I was in a severe time crunch because I was moving. They followed me to my storage facility and took everything there, then just did a grab-and-go in the room where I had placed other things to be taken. After they left, I saw that they had left many of the items that I had told them to take, including some of the more valuable pieces. I called Holly about it, and then she had the owner call me, but nobody ever gave me any answers or any kind of inventory of items taken. I had to pack up the rest of the stuff and move it with me. Some (not nearly all) of my things were put in an auction a couple of weeks later, then not a word after that--no money or additional auctions. I started calling to see what happened to the rest of it, and nobody seems to know. On Tuesday I found that Holly is no longer with the company (so the photos she took are unavailable), and Stephanie promised to look into the situation to try and find my other things and get back to me, possibly later that day.
