Simon confirmed with me that I would able to use the full area throughout my entire rental agreement. I confirmed with him multiple times, the date and time I requested, and he would conform and verify I would be able to use the space. I also asked before my shoot if what lighting equipment he would have for me to use and if it would be included. He informed me the lighting was included and that i would be able to use it. The day before my shoot he then notifies me that he double booked and I would have to change my rental time. And also that the lights weren’t included and i would have to use another part of the studio that I was originally intending to use.
