Originally a 1 star If you’re going to give a lifetime guarantee on a product, make it so! Won’t be buying from you again any time soon. Doesn’t matter how long ago we bought, we bought with the guarantee of replacement slings. Now we have to pay! You can keep the darn things! Update: I have now changed the review to a 4 star, due to the actions of the owner. We've had the chairs many years. When we bought them the salesman at the time told us that to replace the slings or to re-stitch would be free, but if anything happened with the frames there would be a charge. Over time we've needed re-stitching and finally have had to have new slings. The one at the beginning of this year I wasn't charged for. The two I needed now were going to be charged. I decided not to proceed with them. I left a one star review as I was so upset. It wasn't really the cost, but the principle of the matter. The owner contacted me and, to his credit, offered to replace the slings and deliver them back to my home. He is adamant that the slings were never a free replacement, only the re-stitching. Sir, I can only reiterate what we were told by your salesman all those years ago. I appreciate what you have done and will accept that there will be a charge going forward. Thank you for putting this right...

We LOVE our Palm Casual furniture! We have had our outdoor dining table, 6 chairs and 2 cocktail tables for six years now. It’s extremely sturdy, very durable, and shows no wear from Florida weather!

We have two sets of cushions that I interchange seasonally. These cushions have not faded and clean up from food/beverage spills perfectly with just a damp cleaning cloth...they still look brand new!

After six years of continual usage, the leveling feet that screw in on the bottom of the chairs and small tables were beginning to wear and it was difficult to get them level, so I called Palm Casual to order some replacement levelers. Kym was exceptionally friendly and helpful! She checked on getting replacements for me and promptly called me back to arrange a time for me to pick them up, which we did this morning. When we arrived at Palm Casual, I was immediately greeted by Kym. After introducing myself, she knew why I was there, and retrieved a bag of 32 replacement screws she was holding at the counter. When I asked about the cost, she said, “NO CHARGE! THANK YOU FOR HAVING OUR FURNITURE!” What a delight ....a company that appreciates their customers and takes care of them!

Palm Casual Orlando is awesome! I recently had and old set of PVC furniture I originally bought from Palm Casual in 1991 that needed new cushions and slings. The PVC frames held up great over the last 27 years, but the cushions were tired. I brought the furniture to Kym & Siemoore at the JYP location in Orlando. I was actually splitting the set with a friend out of state, so she picked the pattern from pictures on the website. Siemoore was able to get the cushions done quickly so i could transport them to Tennessee. But....when i went to pick them up, the color for the pattern my friend picked seemed off a little. After a few phone calls between Kym, myself & my out of state friend, we decided that the fabric on the cushions was in fact the right one, but the result didn't look like the picture on the website. Kym said she would re-cover the cushions in any other pattern we wanted to make it right. Not only did they do this, they rushed the job so i could get the furniture back to Tennessee. The new covers came out perfect. Palm Casual has THE best customer service in the business. Kym & Siemoore were absolutely a pleasure to work with and they were amazingly helpful. If you are considering buying patio furniture, look no further. Palm Casual is the...
