If I could give your company 0 stars I would. My elderly parents purchased a washer and dryer from your company to not only hand it not installed correctly , but to get it full of dog hair! Your Installer also lacks in customer service skills. I will never refer your company to anyone ! The more I think about this .. The madder I’m getting. I did nit want to have to wait for my apiance order to get here. So I used these guys.. Nice store by the mall in Boise by Cabela’s. Appliances for Less”.. It does not bother me if there’s a scratch on the side. As long as I can’t see it. Cant find one without a scratch anymore. But to tell me they always try appliances out before deliveries. And so they ran their labs bedding through my new washer. Are they crazy out of their heads! And bring it to me like this. Scratches everywhere on tge front door.. and the electrical cut. I am furious. These are both GE profile steam appliances. At $1599....

We drove all the way up from Twin Falls desperately needing a new oven for the holidays(big military family) only to find out they didn't have the double oven electric range we were looking for and saw online..boo. though we got to working and talking to the salesman and he spoke with his boss. We were able to strike a deal on an even better appliance then what we originally were looking at. They were very helpful and accomodating I would definitely go back and plan to. I was also with a friend who plans on using them now as well. We will also be back soon for some laundry appliances as well.. You guys have made a loyal customer, thank you again!! Ryan...

I visited the Boise store for a new washer since my existing washer seemed vibrating too much when it spun. In order to find out if the issue was with my washer, Anderson came to my house to check my washer and confirmed the machine worked fine and recommended not to replace it for now. When we checked my washer, we noticed the air duct had dropped from my dryer. Anderson didn’t have the right type of tape at the moment but he searched online and sent me the screenshot of the right one for me to buy. I was very impressed by Anderson’s customer service.
