I used to love B&BW. I had several fragrances that I used that were not too sweet or strong and those never bothered by migraines.
In the past 18 months or so my favorite Aromotherapy fragrance, Lavender and Chamomile was discontinued and my other favorite, regular Moonlight Path has been reduced. I used to be able to get 15 or more products of this, including shampoo, conditioner and body butter among others. Now, all I can find is about 4 products with Moonlight Path.
Also, B&BW seems to regularly discontinue fragrances and is introducing very sweet, overly strong fragrances, many of which give me migraines and nausea. It has gotten so I don't want to go into the store anymore. Other people have told me they don't like the changes, either.
Bath and Body Works needs to bring back classic Aromotherapy fragrances like Lavender and Chamomile and more products of classics like Moonlight Path.

Meanwhile, the associates were attentive to other customers in the store. It wasn’t until I called out to the staff that someone finally came over to ring us up. The woman with the long dark curly hair was especially rude — she didn’t greet us or even make eye contact. Her only words were, “Type in your phone number.” When we greeted her politely before and after the transaction, she didn’t respond at all. If you’re not in the right headspace to work with customers, take a moment to ground yourself instead of projecting that attitude onto others. No one deserves that kind of energy. Read moreI was shopping here and after completing my purchase, I put my credit card in my jacket pocket and it was not until I was driving out of the lot did I realize that my card wasn’t in my pocket. I immediately called the store and they said my card wasn’t at the register and nobody “turned it in”. I was back in the store 4 minutes later walking around looking, and an associate asked me if I was “looking for anything” and when I said my credit card, there was literally no response. Nobody cared enough to even speak to me about it, help me look, look at camera footage, NOTHING! I also searched the parking lot with negative results as well. I just find it interesting my card disappeared and they didn’t want to help me search for it. Terrible...
