February 2, 2024 Update
My family goes to chick fil a at least once a day, if not twice a day, at this point... Its terrible, I know 🤦♀️🤯 The people here are awesome, 99.9% are super kind, and the morning people even know my name and what I order.
I am however, currently in a love hate relationship with their salads... Half the time they are huge delicious salads I can share with my kid, and the other times they are quite literally half the size with hardly any lettuce at all... in my mind, salad=lettuce, therefore no lettuce=not a salad!!! For $10 they can't just toss in some actual lettuce?! I'm being told they weigh the salads out, which I find incredibly hard to believe given the size discrepancy.
I guess I have to stop being lazy and start making my own salads again... At $30+ for a family of 3 to have a freaking SALAD, its just not really worth it if that's how they look half the time.

Google wanted an update, sooooo here it is... 😁😁😁 Still the best fast food joint as far as customer service, and this location in particular is top notch. I will say, that today, my chikn minis looked like they were quite literally thrown into the box, and shook in said box before being put in the bag, lol. Now, normally, I'd be pretty ticked off (unfortunately I have to admit its a rather "Karen" trait I possess, and I'm not proud, but it is what it is, lol)... Anyway, normally I'd be upset by this, but since I know this is %100 out of character for this place, I'm going to just assume it was a one off thing or new employee, and they keep their 5 stars, and my vote as best fast food chain/location.
I know Chick Fil A is known for being hospitable and polite, however I believe THIS location is next level.

Read moreFirst off the manager on duty right now January 20 at 8pm is the RUDEST woman I have ever dealt with . I am sick with the flu and I was on the phone listening to my order being placed.
The order was WRONG I called the manager and she basically told me she didn't believe me and demanded a receipt which was never issued to prove my case. I even offered to send her and pic and she became ultra rude.
Instead of her replacing my order another day because my daughter and I HAVE THE FLU !!!!!! She wanted to go and talk to the cashier and go off what she had to say ! I told her that I've never heard of anything like that
Instead of soup they gave me fries and I said no cheese on the sandwich and sure enough nasty yellow cheese
I threw it out. The cheese wasn't able to be removed easily and was all over everything
The manager was so rude so she started getting some comments back to her. Saying he was being rude (once she started not believing me I had to get him on the phone and she was nothing but a rude rude person )
In the end I told her I don't have time or patience for her to go and question the employees and call me back
First of all a receipt should have been issued
Secondly what MANAGER acts like an immature little high schooler !?!? Seriously !?!?!??
So I hung up on her and called corporate and told them the truth of what happened
She said she'd contact the owner and give them a report and the owner would call me back NO THANKS ! She's the one training these people. I'm not going thru this For an 8 dollar meal !!!!!!!!!
I'll skip this place a smash burger is right across the street.

Read moreI will start this review by saying I am a huge fan of chic-fil-a. I placed an order this morning for pickup this evening for the superbowl. Besides for my catering order I also placed a dinner order. I have never had a problem with any visits here untill today. First, the order was not ready at the time for pickup and I let that go. Then they tell me the order was ready but I was missing sauces that I paid for. They got the sauces but I didnt get my drinks and had to ask for them. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally got my order or so I thought untill I got home. Both sandwiches were wrong. One was supposed to be no lettuce or tomatoes and the other no pickels but both had the items we didnt want. I am really dissatisfied considering I spent over 100 dollars for everything. Thankfully were not allergic to those items or it could have been much worse. I understand they were busy but they had this order from this morning so there really is no excuse for the level of mistakes. To top it off I prepaid my order and they told me my card was not valid. I swiped the same card at the store and it went through just fine. Photos posted...
