Ben sold me this beautiful Howard Miller grandfather clock and I absolutely love it! His shop is filled floor to ceiling with all different types of clocks so there's SO many options for purchase. When you purchase one like this, he keeps it for a few weeks to go through it, clean it, lubricate it, balance it, and make sure it's operating perfectly before he and his son in law deliver it to your home. I have two cuckoo clocks that were fixed by Big Ben. The one took over a year and a half to repair but it was worth the wait. The clock still runs but may need another minor repair being sometimes it runs fast and sometimes it runs slow and sometimes it stays right on time after winding and setting it. This owner is amazing! Very meticulous, very thorough and patient and will do everything he can to save your clock. He explains everything. I had 2 grandfather clocks repaired by him that I thought were history. He brought them back to life and running like they are brand new!!!
