Pizza Pan — Restaurant in Ohio

WOW!!! MUST try! This was my first time ordering from Pizza Pan and i can honestly say it is better then ANY other place I have ordered from and I'm almost 40 yrs old! I ordered delivery at 10:30pm on a Saturday and thankfully they were opened & delivered! My food was hot, the portions were big! And the food was absolutely delicious! Fried mushrooms were the best I ever tasted, onion rings off the chain! Cheesy bread is actually garlic cheese breadsticks that are mouthwatering and my calzone was the size of my head ! I know it seems like I ordered for an army but the calzone is for work lunch tomorrow and let's be honest with the size prob tues lunch top! Everything else was a snack that looks like a meal! I'm not complaining cause the cheesy bread could be tomorrow's snack!! Lol! I WILL NEVER ORDER AT ANOTHER PLACE FOR DELIVERY OR TAKEOUT AGAIN! NEVER GO THERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED LAST WEEK AND FOOD WASNT EVEN COOKED UNTIL AFTER I GOT THERE. TRIED AGAIN THIS WEEK AND DIDNT STARY MY FOOD TILL AFTER I PAID. THEN REFUSED TO REFUND MONEY. I WAS KICKED OUT WITHOUT MY FOOD OR MONEY. I WAS CURSED AT BY THE OWNER. HE TOLD ME I WAS A PIECE OF ** AND ALL I WANTED WAS FOR MY FOOD TO BE COOKED WHEN I ORDERED IT. I EVEN WAITED 20 MINUTES LONGER THAN I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE. THE WHOLE PLACE IS DIRTY. THE SCREEN DOOR IS FALLING APART. THE PLACE SMELLS. GLAD THEY DIDNT COOK ME ANY FOOD. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE FOR GARBAGE FOOD

They are only open later in the day. The owners live far away and they will answer and take orders when they are still home so u think your waiting for it it to come. Two hours later your still waiting. When they are not even open. That was about a year ago. So I'm in town again and I figure I'll try again. My wife calls and finds out they don't open till 4p.m. I guess nobedy eats pizza for lunch. Lol we order subs and ask for lettuce. Nope no lettuce. I forget to order something to drink. Call back nothing at all to drink in the place. It's been an hour as of now since I ordered. Pizza still isn't here. I'll update how long it took this time when...
