Big Oak Park — Attraction in Pine Castle

So we had some time to kill before we went back home to CT. I googled parks near me , and this where it took us. I'm a bit confused where the actual park is. I seen all these nice pictures people posted, saying there is a great view. I saw an island of just grass in the middle of houses in a street.
